I was under the impression suggestions provided were for licensed plumbers. A tech from Fixer came in, and attempted to unclog my drain but was not able to. It was then that I was told a licensed plumber is recommended. The tech arrived outside the given window and spent 15 minutes inspecting and attempting to unclog it, yet I was charged the 1hr rate for the visit left with my clogged sink. He did clean up and referrals were provided. Customer service also good about responding to inquiries.

Was able to come fairly quickly but it felt like he did take his time and when we went to get materials he stopped at office to do other stuff. I asked him about it and he did take time off.

Very good service, the plumber evaluated the situation and proposed a solution which I agreed with. I ordered parts, Fixer came back and installed the parts, which took 15 minutes. He charged for a full hour @ $94. Unfair. The parking was free on top of that. Soured me on the whole service.
