Very well. We appreciated that they understood city code to make sure we had the correct locks. They stopped out, learned they needed an extra part to complete the job. The left and were back within 30 minutes to complete the work. The technician even took the time to make the right calls to make sure I received best pricing. The city came by later, inspected the lock and had no issues. We highly recommend them to others.

Really well.  The employee was very communicative and professional. 

They were prompt in coming on time.  Because the door was an older wider door it needed a wrap around, new door handle and dead bolt installation.  The parts were ordered ahead of time for the installation on a Saturday.  The installer came to realize that the wrong handle was ordered for the door. There was no one to bring it to him so he had to drive all the way back to the company in Chicago and get the correct part.  Because of this, I had to leave him alone in my home while he installed the correct handle.  I arrived a few hours later and he was just leaving.  So, I had no interaction to make sure the door locked easily and properly.  I did not and they came out to fix the problem that following Monday, January 25, 2016.  I checked to make sure the door locked easily and properly before the installer left.  Everything was ok.  However, on that Tuesday after arriving home from work I noticed my front screen door was ajar.  I tried to shut it but could not because the new handle was at the same level as the screen handle and so it did not allow me to close the front screen door securely.  I called the company that Friday and they said the installer would do "research" on the problem and get back to me.  They wanted to charge me $39.00 to come out again to fix this problem. I think they should have known as professionals to check to make sure the screen door handle and the front door handle do not prevent one from properly shutting the door.  I felt they wanted to put this liability on me because some how I was supposed to know that the screen door handle should not have met the front door handle not enabling me to properly shut the door.  There is no way I could have known this because when I shut the front door, it just opened the screen door without me knowing.  I paid a lot of money for this service.  Remind me not to use this company again!

Everything went well.

Mostly the work was fine but one door ended up with the bit of wood around the deadbolt plate broken and now I can forever see just a bit of the bolt inside the door.

They came and measured the door and told me I needed a different size.  The 7 foot was too tall for my garage.  We set up an appointment for the install, and the tech was on time.  It took a couple of hours, and I had a new garage door.  He took all of the debris, and he did a great job.  I would gladly use this company again.

Called provider to assist with a locked chest of drawers.  They were not able to assist.  Not sure why Angie's List keeps hounding me for a review.  Grr.

ET Locksmith came out the same day I called, I need the locks changed due to miss placed keys. Due to their quick response, we can sleep better tonight. I have used them before with good success, I will use them again. Thanks.

My tenant called to say that the lock on his front door wasn't working. I
called ET and they got a technician to come out on Saturday so I didn't
have to take off work to meet them. It turned out that my tenant was at
home so I didn't have to come but it was nice to know they are available
on weekends. Plus they don't charge an additional fee to come out after
hours.
It all went smoothly. They technician called me to let
me know that he was on his way so I could let the tenant know. He took
my debit card info over the phone when he was finished and then emailed
me a receipt. I've used them quite a few times and been really pleased
with their service.

They are professional and show up on time.  I have a a busy schedule and they always call me 30 minutes before as promised so I can meet them on site.  They even saved my money by showing me how to rekey mailboxes so I don't have to use them for that each new tenant.
