These ladies were wonderful, they did a great job. I met her first for an in-house estimate and she was flexible with actual time for the cleaning, I was able to schedule her for that weekend. She was very prompt in responding to my phone calls/text messages and kept me posted when she was running late due to traffic in downtown. The actual cleaning job was fantastic, my condo was vacant for a long time before I bought it, so it needed a really good cleaning. She came with a team of four others, they all spent good a amount of time cleaning everything possible. The bathrooms were cleaned top to bottom, all windows sills/panes were spotless, fans/ducts/light fixtures were all wiped and cleaned. Did a fantastic job in the kitchen that I actually wanted to cook/eat there. I have never cleaned anything that well myself. After they left, my new place felt like a real home for the first time after I bought it.

I felt the girls who worked for owner did a fair job. They did not move the chairs and washed around them. I had to tell them to move the chairs to clean. They really did not put an effort and for the price not worth it.

I do not know how to respond to your review because i would have to be rude and it is not our way to conduct our business , and will only say that you as a business owner , before you write a review like the one you wrote us should think a little deeper , do not just go and write words to fill blank pages . And when you write a review you should describe your place of business so people can make an idea what work has been done . I wonder how are the reviews on your business. We had a upfront deal , we worked for four hours in your business place and after we finished you paid us and schedule another time in three weeks . At that time you were happy and now you are not , I wonder why ? I worked myself along my team in your saloon for those four hours and i know what is possible and what is not . it went very well. 3 people showed up. since they charge by the hour I was glad they had sufficient people to do the job in a reasonable amount of time. they did an excellent job. usually after cleaning people leave you find areas the either missed or didn't do a very good job. not with Erzsebet.it's been a couple of weeks and I still haven't seen anything they missed. Very good job.

I couldn't ask for for nicer people to clean my home. I moved into an 1800 ft condo last November and Erzsebet started working for me shortly after the move. Everyone was very helpful during this stressful time. They don't just dust; they dust everything, even the small objects (and I have lots of them) on every surface. They do a great job cleaning the floors and even cleaned the windows (not easy). I bought 6 A/C units which no one was willing to install for me. Since the forecast for next week is supposed to be hot and humid, I was starting to panic. When Erzsebet arrived today with two young women and her brother-in-law, they figured out how to install the air conditioning units immediately. I am so lucky to have found Erzsebet on Angie's List.

Erzsebet and her team of wonderful women did an absolutely amazing job! She was very quick to respond to my emails and texts, as I was coordinating this from out of town. She accommodated my schedule and they were prompt and extremely efficient. It was a rather big job as there was a lot of marble, granite & wood floors (not to mention some tenant neglect) and, when they left, it was immaculate! I can't recommend her highly enough!!!

Erzsebet and her team member did an absolutely amazing job. I moved in a month ago to a fairly dirty place and did what I could to make it livable. She came in and made everything sparkle, right down to the oven. They were very conscientious and diligent in their work, so much so that the apartment now looks like a model. 4 angels arrived at my door yesterday. We were in the 10th week of a 3 week bathroom remodel. We had given up on keeping up with the dust and dirt. Erzsebet and her great crew came in and worked non stop. They made us want to live in our own house again. Cooking has been an impossibilty because of dirt and last night we had a great pasta dinner...homemade. They worked the equivalent of 14 hours with the 4 of them. They never stopped, complained, or slowed in their obvious desire to give us our house back. The last piece of moulding was actually being installed as they reached to room where our h*** began.
There was no pressure to use them again, which I will or complaining that the job was too much. This is a truly an honest and hard working woman that cares about her customers and the women that work for her. It is such an important combination and it definitely works. I never, ever recommend trade people to friends and family, but I would break my rule and definitely recommend Erzsebet to anyone....everyone. Use this company with complete confidience.

Erzsebet and two other ladies came to do whole-house cleaning prior to us moving in. Granted the place was filthy and appeared to have not been cleaned in years. They arrived promptly and had most of their supplies with them. The other ladies got right to work while Erzsebet talked with me about the job and the cost. She charged $100. per hour which I thought was pricey but I understood given that there were three workers and quite a bit to do. They cleaned the house thoroughly although Ezsebet herself stopped several times to talk with me about problems such as cleaning parts of the washing machine and light bulbs not working (although she did replace the light bulbs with new ones I had). I asked her to go back over a couple of areas such as the marble floor in the bathroom and the trim on some doors. They worked for over 3 and a half hours (half hour more than estimated) and I paid $350. The house is abut 2500 square feet.

We made the deal upfront and i wonder why you chose us then , we did not raise the price afterwords . Everything went smoothly and we were very pleased with the results. We had a tight window between the drywall work being done on our new home and our move in date and Erzsebet was flexible making our time window work, so we could move into a clean dust free house. We were so pleased we had her clean our old apartment after our move. I highly recommend her and her team.

These ladies did a fantastic job! I'm happy they were able to come out on short notice, as well as on a Saturday.
Unfortunately, my work schedule has led to the house not being in tip-top shape. On the flip side, and fortunately, these ladies were able to turn that around.
The floors, counters, tables, windows, etc etc etc, look great. They were professional, courteous and fast!
I would not hesitate to use this service again and again.

Erzsebet and two other ladies spent two full hours deep cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. Everything was done beautifully. Erzsebet cleaned and organized my fridge and freezer, my stove, tub, and floors. Both rooms had not had such a thorough cleaning in a while. Everything was immaculate. I will definitely use her service again.

We were moving into our new home and needed a thorough move-in cleaning. Erzsebet and her crew came in early on a Saturday morning and cleaned the entire home from top to bottom. In the month prior, we had many contractors in and out doing various work, so the home was very dirty (dust, sanding, painting, electrical work, etc.). When the work was completed, the house looked brand new.

Erzsebet and her team are always very thorough and show great attention to detail. They remember to clean all the small things like baseboards, windowsills and the undersides of our plantation shutters (even if I forget to mention them), and when I leave any written instructions, they follow them perfectly. If I don't have a chance to straighten up before they arrive, they will do this for me (including taking out the trash) and nicely arrange all the scattered toys. They also always come on time and work very fast. Also, clean floors and bathrooms are important to us, and Erzsebet understands this since she has kids too. My children leave the bathrooms messy in the ways that kids often do, and Erzsebet knows to pay special attention to places like behind the faucets and and behind the toilet. Also, Erzsebet is just a lovely, sweet person - when I had my last child she brought me flowers. We are all thrilled with how clean and beautiful our home is after Erzsebet has been here.

Erzsebet and her crew did a very good job with our heavy cleaning project. The house of an elderly relative needs preparation for resale. The house had not been properly cleaned in years and the bathrooms and kitchen especially needed scrubbing. Our goal was to have the rooms cleaned so that we could start painting as soon as possible. Working within the time parameters we gave, the crew:
-Scrubbed kitchen, including the inside of cabinets and appliances and the greasy walls near the stove. The stove and frig were moved to clean the walls and floor underneath.
-Scrubbed bathrooms.
-Washed walls, baseboards and window trim in almost all of the house.
They met our goal and saved us days and days of work.
Erzsebet was very prompt meeting us to give an estimate for the work. Although she had to fit this large assignment into her regular cleaning schedule, they finished the job in just one day and much, much sooner than we had expected. Erzsebet is a charming lady and it was a pleasure to work with her. We plan to use her services again and we certainly recommend her to others.

I've know Elizabeth for around 4-5 years. She is a wonderful woman. Always comes to clean with one or two other people, thus cleaning goes by really fast. She sends reminders and tries to accommodate my ever changing cleaning schedule. I leave the keys with the doorman and trust her. She's honest and reliable. She also has good knowhow on which products will work in which areas e.g. we have a dark tiled master bathroom and she recommended certain products that will work best for cleaning that bathroom.

She always comes with one or two additional people thus the cleaning goes super fast. She's always on-time. I can trust her, so I leave the keys with the doorman. She always accomodates any special requests. All in all I highly recommend her services. She's well informed about what products work best for what situations. Always has helpful recommendations e.g. she suggested rolling up my rug and putting it away after my daughter was born as it was shedding a lot of hair.

A friend of our family recommended Erzsebet about 6 years ago , and we have used her cleaning services ever since then, coming to our home once a week. She has done many things in that time, including changing and washing the bed linens, cleaning the kitchen and the bathrooms, she will even clean the inside of the windows if needed. She has polished the silver for us, on occasion. We are very satisfied with the services she provides. She is a very responsive, trustworthy person, very detailed and careful in her work. We highly recommend her to everyone who is looking to have the best cleaning services at a fair price. We pay her on a monthly basis; the cost is $100 per visit. Whatever we have asked her to do, she does it quite promptly. She is always on time. She is extremely hard-working and always very cheerful, as well. She seems to really enjoy and take pride in her work. We plan to continue using her services, and recommend that you try her, too. We also have a pet dog, and she is very good in dealing with our dog.

I contacted Erzsebet Cleaning after a friend reffered them to me. They were quick to schedule my appointment and showed up on time the day of the cleaning. I had just completed a total renovation so the house was full of dust and construction debris.
Being a clean freak myself I didnt set any great expectation of how they would do and figured as with most cleaning services I would still have some work to do once they finnished. I was pleasently surprised when they had completed the job. Not only did they exceed my expectations but they job was so good that I contracted they to be my regular cleaning service on a bi weekly basis.
Im so glad I finally found a cleanig service that meets my high expectations. I would not hesitate to refer them to anoyone who has cleaning need. Truly a job well done and sqeaky clean!!
