Very helpful, knowledgable and personable. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is their billing, they were unable to provide me with a breakout of costs or even between parts and labor. I've never had an issue with my A/C so not sure if they are more or less expensive than others and without a breakdown of costs it's tough to figure out. They will give you an estimate of costs before they begin work though.

Discovery called immediartely and I had an estimatein my hand within 2 hours,and the work was started 2 days later to meetmy schedulling needs. I am very happy with the results.

Excellent all the way around. I highly recommend Discovery. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I'd been using another company, but there is no comparison.

Great did the job quicl;y professionally

Great, But tech. didn't clean the blower fan on heater, thought that was part of the job. Maybe I'm mistaken...

Leo called immediately and showed up when he said he would. He took care of the problem quickly and also provide advice on annual maintenence. I considered having him do the annual maintenance right then but he rather than make easy money, he told me the repair he was doing would get us through the hot season and then I could have the maintenance done in the Spring so it would be clean and fresh for next summer.

Excellent service!! They showed up early and were very professional, courteous and had a wonderful sense of humor. They got straight to the point and their pricing was very economical. I would certainly use them in the future and would highly recommend Art!!

They did an ok job. I had to call them to confirm appointments. They were ontime and courteous. After further inspection they gave me a 6in in-take vent, but I wanted a 8in in-take vent. The top out-put vent was a little scratched up and didn't look brand new. Lastly they said they would be back the next day with a replacement humidifier filter. I would have rather they recommended to me that I need to replace the filter than make a comment that they didn't follow-up on.
