On the price, I would probably put a B there because it was an additional charge for a ladder and I don't know if it was necessarily needed. They could've run it through the house, it was just bizarre. The guys would've rather entered through the window. My unit is on the roof, but they charged extra for a ladder that was more than 20 feet. Up until the time they were supposed to be there they were great, but they were an hour past my window. The ladder man was there and they were supposed to be there between two-five and got there after six.

The work done was previously estimated on a service call and taken care of professionally as always. Deljo is the best!

Just as expected

The free estimate was great, all information was provided on the spot. The installers were on time, very professional and extremely efficient.

It went well. It turns out the exhaust got blocked by some debris and they had to blow it out with a leaf blower.

The service was done on time and efficiently. The also cleaned up the area completely when they were finished.

Our boiler died on a cold March morning. We needed a replacement quickly, but wanted to go with a reputable company because our last boiler only lasted 9 years. Deljo met with us quickly, diagnosed the problem thoroughly in both oral and written form, gave us cost estimates for repairing or replacing. When we decided to replace, they scheduled us in less than 48 hours, worked quickly and efficiently, and had good follow-up. During installation they discovered 2 additional parts that needed replacement, gave me a quote, I asked for a discount, and they gave me a 10% discount. During that first week, I called them because temperature was reading higher than thermostat, which never happens in our house during winter. I was worried that boiler was not responding to thermostat and our gas bill would be higher than necessary. They came, checked it out thoroughly, said boiler was not working unnecessarily, thermostats were okay, probably a case of new boiler being more efficient than old boiler.

It was something around $600. That was for both parts and labor. I don't really have anyone to compare them to.

I have used them for a long time, and overall they are very good about maintaining the heating system in our house. 

The first visit the guy was out here for about 2 hours and couldn't find anything. When I called them back after Christmas the guy was out here for a few. They have a gold star membership plan that I am paying. They are very good at dispatching people for emergencies for that plan. They are good about communicating who is coming and when.

I have used Deljo Heating and Cooling to service my furnaces, humidifiers and air conditioners for over five years. I have a monthly subscription service with this company Today, I canceled the service because I sold my house and I am moving. I had a yearly contract with the company. Deljo's technicians are very knowledgeable. They kept my equipment in excellent working condition. I have each piece of equipment cleaned and checked once each year. It is easy for me to make an appointment. The technicians always call before they arrive. This has been an excellent company to work with.

Great- very professional and thorough

This company has taken care of my heating and air conditioning systems for a number of years. They are reliable. It is easy for me to get an appointment and I always receive a phone call 20 to 30 minutes ahead of the serviceman's arrival. The serviceman cleans up everything before he leaves and reviews the services that he performed. While the furnaces are over 10 years old, they work extremely well because I change the filters and regularly have them cleaned. This is an excellent company.

Always prompt, communicative, respectful. I have been using DELJO for several years now for the services described above.

It worked out very well. For price, you get what you pay for. For punctuality, they are very good. The best part is if they can't come out, they will let you know that. They are very reliable.

The team was very professional in everything from the options of furnace units they recommended to the individual who installed the unit. They made a BIG purchase go smoothly and for that we are very appreciative.

Rafael arrived shortly after the office called to say someone was on the way. Rafael donned the paper booties upon entering the house so as not to soil the carpet. He got quickly to work. He let me know that he found one thing that was trending low on his checks, but told me it did not need to be replaced yet. He informed me how much it would cost when it did need repair. He was done within an hour. He was professional and very courteous.
