Technician was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Ably diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Deljo came out 1 year ago when our heat could not keep up with the cold. They said that it was because of an intake vent that needed to be cleaned and there was nothing that they could do. We cleaned the intake vent, but still spent many days where the internal temperature in our home did not get above the 50's last winter. We began to run into the same problem this year and, given we have a newborn and it is the start of the winter, we called another service. The other service informed us that it was not the intake vents and that the problem was in the furnace and that it was causing the furnace to constantly shut itself off. They said the procedure would be difficult, but would fix the problem. We now have heat that can keep pace with the winter no thanks to Deljo. Deljo also tried to charge our condo association $8000 for a water hear that we had installed for around $5000.00. Ultimately, their work has proven to be iffy, but their bills are consistently expensive.

Excellent. Receptionist, with my initial phone call, was polite, professional and knowledgeable about humidifiers. She made an appointment for the technician to come out two days later. The technician (Geoff) was very good; he explained what he was doing as he checked our old humidifier and clearly explained what the problem was. He told me the options (get a new motor or replace the humidifier) but did not pressure one decision over another. When my husband and I decided to go with a new humidifier and have the company install it. Geoff was the technician who installed it. He did an excellent job; checked that all components were working with attention to detail. He was thorough, for example, he cleared out the u-shaped drain to the waste stack. He was polite, considerate (it was snowing outside, so he put on foot covers over his shoes whenever he came in the house), he left the work area neat, he knew what what he was doing. Very professional.

Deljo was very accommodating. All my questions and concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. The workers were professional, efficient and kind. Though the price was a little higher then other quotes, I felt I walked away with a good product that was installed professionally. I would recommend them to others looking for a hassle free, well implemented job.

John came out the same day I called and did a complete analysis of my home to estimate the size furnace needed. He had a "pre-packaged" presentation to familiarize me with Trane and Deljo, and it was hard to get him to ignore the cooling part of the presentation, which I didn't need. He estimated the price would come in at $4,200, but said he would e-mail a proposal once he had analyzed the furnace size. You can imagine my surprise when I received a quote for $8,600! This was especially hard to understand since I had gotten a quote of $4,600 from another company for the same furnace. When I called and asked if there had been a typo, he said no. The response to the information that I had received a substantially lower quote for the same furnace was to say he would go back and see if he could "come close". I told him not to bother. If he could come down $4,000 in price, I didn't want to buy the furnace from him.

Scheduling is great, if you give Deljo some notice (1 or 2 weeks) they will do their best to send the technician of your choice. I always ask for Bruce, he is fantastic. Bruce always arrives on time or if he is held up at a previous job he will have the office call to let us know. Bruce is personable, professional and if you ask for advice he doesn't try to up sell you. Our HVAC system was poorly installed and we are working together to make the most what we have. I'm sure Deljo/Bruce will increase the service life of our system and get it running efficiently. This is not the first time I've used Deljo. For first time users be sure to ask for Bruce otherwise you may end up with someone with less experience who works by the book and doesn't think outside the box.

I am really pleased with the service I received from Deljo. Being that I have 2 kids, the hard winter without heat would be too extreme for them. I really appreciated the fact that they came to help me at the last minute.

Excellent. The customer service person on the phone was very friendly and professional. She had a number of times available (some next day) that were convenient for me. I was also given a two-hour window during which the technician would arrive so I didn't have to take the whole day off from work. The technician (Rudy) arrived promptly and did a great job. He was very thorough.

I do think that they are a little pricey. However, they do pretty good work. They are very good about scheduling and getting out here on time. Everything went fine with this replacement. I thought they did just great and I have no complaints with the work that as done at all. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I would give them high marks for everything except for the price. I got hooked up with them through a home improvement store. My advice is to contract them directly, not thorough any other companies.

I was impressed with their ability to send someone quickly (right at the start of the cold season, when I imagine many people are noticing their furnaces aren't working properly). Greg was amiable, courteous, and helpful.

We have enjoyed this company since we bought the system from them. They always have reasonable prices and a great staff. They are so easy to work with and the work is very thorough. They are great and we would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic!!! They cautioned me that although my boiler is a good brand, it's old and the pipes are pretty corroded. I appreciated the fact that they never pressured me to purchase a new boiler but gave me some solid advice on how to handle it as it ages. I now have a good idea of what to watch, which parts can be economically replaced, and when it will be most cost-efficient to replace it completely.

Excellent. On time arrival. Bruce was very polite and professional. He offered suggestions regarding proper air filters; along with pointing out the various aspects of the furnace during his work.

It was easy to make an early morning appt to accommodate my work/commute schedule. The technician (Alberto) arrived on time and was clean and efficient. I am happy with his work and the feedback he gave me regarding the state of the furnace and A/C unit.

I like using Deljo because they are reliable, affordable and fast. Everything works great and they were able to install it in one day after they got it in from being ordered. The only thing I wish they would have told me that they didn't was the size of the unit. It is bigger than the old one and it is taking up more room on my roof top deck than I would like. I would have at least liked to have been made aware of that.

I can t say enough good things about this company. We had other service repair companies come in and every one was saying we needed a new furnace. These guys came in found what the problem was and fixed it. They saved us over three thousand dollars. The best part about this was that the part they replaced was only twenty five dollars. They have showed me several things that I can do on my own to save a service call. I like the fact that they are upfront and honest with you. They are not going to try to sell you something you don't need.

They were easy to get a hold of and did really good work. They finished the work quickly. They were nice, punctual, and conscientious. They put on little booties, so they didn t dirty the inside of my house. I would highly recommend them.

These guys were OK, nothing extraordinary but they got the job done and solved the problem. I do not recall the price whatsoever, but I believe it was competitive. They were on time. They responded to my demands. I would hire them again.

We have been using this company for several years now. I like that it is the same serviceman that comes out each time. It seems to insure that things are always done the same. They are a great company to do business with.

They gave me an estimate and then they came and did what they had said they would. I haven't used the boiler yet, but the A/C has worked very well so far. They were so clean I couldn't even tell they had been here.

There were no problems at all. They were great and did a fabulous job answering our questions and working with us on the price. They were professional and hard working as well. I would recommend them because they were timely with the whole project and were easy to work with.

The technician was very nice and pleasant. He was very informative. He told us what filters to buy and what not to buy. He suggested that we have the furnace serviced in the fall to prevent any future problems. I think the price was very fair considering the time he spent there.
