Great. Problem was discovered and repaired. We have not had any problems since.

Work done as promised and the workmanship was excellent.

He was extremely knowledgeable he has given me good industry information and he gave me advice for the future. I do plan on hiring him if some work needs to be done.

The service and professionalism was very exceptional. They explained the problems in layman's terms, which allowed for easy understanding of the problem and decision on replacement of A/C unit. John Cizek and his installation team were very professional and courteous. I felt completely satisfied, and felt no post-purchase anxiety with the investment of a new A/C unit.

The project went very well overall.

They were excellent and properly identified all work that needed to be formed and the price was good. Also they came up with a creative solution to fix the problem and were very prompt and neat.

The installation crew, Will and Jose were excellent.

First time I worked with them it was for a quote for air cleaning equipment. They were very professional and everything was great, but I decided not to have the work done. I had annual servicing done by Deljo a couple times and everything went smoothly. I had to knock some points off for responsiveness and price because of the time I discovered my heater broke just when the first cold push of winter was coming. I was glad they got out to look at it quickly, but after charging me $89 to see what was wrong I was told they would check if they could get the part and provide a quote which he thought probably end up around 400-500. Nobody got back to me and I waited out the cold weekend without heat. The next week I had to struggle with them to remember me and provide a quote. Finally I just found it easier and faster to order the part for around 150 on the internet with next day delivery and install it myself. Seems good for normal service. If you get anything major done I think they are good and professional, but you better get a couple other estimates to check the pricing. I wouldn't call them for an emergency.

Service man arrived promptly. He destroyed half of hydrangea and killed an entire bush. My air conditioners have been in the same place for 3 years and DELJO has serviced them for 2. This time, the service man decided on his own to pull the a/c's out further without seeking an approval and he also chose to service the a/c's while damaging surrounding garden. IF he felt that plants needed to be removed, he should have asked. He didn't mention that he damaged half the garden before he left. I called the service man and he apologized. I asked him to please discuss the matter and get back to me with whatever action will be taken either against the service person or however they think that they can make amends. He has never called back.

They were a little hard to schedule but were extremely responsive and professional. I will definitely use them again if I need work done.

From start to finish, dealing with Deljo was wonderful. When I called for the appointment, I was given the day and a 2 hour time window, right from the start. They called me the day before to confirm, and the service man came within the 2 hour time window. Unbelievable service! He thoroughly evaluated my system, replaced the needed freon, checked all drain tubes and placed a complete written record on the heater for the next service man to see. My air conditioning unit is 19 years old, and the service man gently suggested I get ready to replace it, but did not try to sell me a new unit. Needless to say I will be purchasing the unit from them in the Fall! They are a wonderful company to deal with, and I thank Angie's List for the resource.

They made suggestions and then they did not work. I'm not satisfied with the results from this company but they did not guarantee it would make a difference. UPDATE (6/20/08): They came to my home a few days later and refunded $1200 of the $1575 original payment. I am impressed with their integrity. I have changed the Overall, Quality, and Responsiveness category grades to reflect this recent response.

We had a very good experience with Deljo. We called several companies mid-morning on a Friday asking for a service call that same day (as we were hosting a large family gathering that Sunday) and Deljo was quick to respond, dispatching a technician (Greg) who arrived within 90 minutes. Even though we made it clear that our main priority was getting the work competed that day, the woman we spoke with still directed us to a $50 discount coupon available on Deljo's website. That was thoughtful. Greg was friendly and thorough, explaining what he was doing and providing an accurate estimate for how long it would take. He also checked with his supervisor on a couple of occasions when he wanted to confirm a procedure, which was reassuring. There was only one avoidable problem with the service call. After the work was done, there was a 30 minute delay while Greg waited for an air compressor to be delivered by a colleague, once People's Gas indicated that we needed to test the repair by pressuring the system prior to their restoring the gas. According to People's Gas, a licensed technician should have known this was the procedure and presumably brought the air compressor. For this reason we are giving them a "B" for quality, because no other demerit seems suitable. Nevertheless, Greg did not charge us for the time he spent waiting for the air compressor, and it arrived quickly. Greg was also very thorough in testing the repair, and making certain that the compressed air testing would not damage our gas-run appliances. As he was leaving, People's Gas arrived to inspect his work and turn on the gas. Even though he had been paid and could have left, Greg remained to make certain that People's Gas approved of his repair and restored gas to our home before he left. Overall, this was an excellent experience. We would call Deljo again with any suitable work, and would recommend them to others.

After living in my place for 2 years, I decided it might be a good idea to have my Heating and A/C checked out. I called Deljo after looking on Angies list for high rated service providers close to where I live. The women who answered the phone gave me all of the information I needed and their pricing for the services I required. They gave me a 2 hour time window for a date in the future when the weather would be warm enough to check the A/C. Jonathan, the service man, called me before he showed up right in the middle of the two hour time frame they gave me. He was professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all of my questions. If they had found a problem (which the did not) I would have been perfectly comfortable authorizing the work on the spot. I will call Deljo again next year for my service and if I have any issues with my heat or A/C they will have the first opportunity to earn my business.

One of the things I liked about Deljo, was that they worked with me to arrive at a reliable, cost-effective design. Although it did not include the highest tech components, it should provide me with years of dependable operation. I also appreciated the fact that, when given the option of replacing the existing air conditioner at the same time, they said no need, since this could be done at a later date easily. I was impressed with the professionalism of all the employees of Deljo, especially Al and Steve, who did the actual installation. They spent around twenty minutes after completion of the project giving me an orientation presentation concerning the operation of the new heating system. In addition, when I suggested that I would prefer to have a certain component relocated to facilitate access to it, they very willingly accommodated my request. The quality of the work was first class.

Just like last time... Perfect! The guy was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. The office was prompt in sending him out. And above all, it is warm again!

From the time I placed the call to Deljo to the time the service tech walked out my front door, it was under 2 hours. I expected to pay extra for the emergency service, so I wasn't too surprised with the bill. The $15 coupon in the February mailer helped (Thanks Angie). Jonathan was very professional and quick. I liked the fact that he showed me exactly what was wrong with my furnace. When the repair was done, he also suggested that I use a different type of filter to use, which would put less of a strain on the motor and my wallet. I appreciated that bit of information and the fact that he put shoe covers on before coming in. I would definitely use them again.

They had fast response time to my 'no heat' problem though, I don't know if they were the best price around.

The quote was spot on- we had to add an upgraded thermostat, which I recently read about in a magazine as a cost saver. We used the $100 off coupon from Angie's List and the service was fantastic. The furnace made a few loud noises and we called and they came out right away to correct the problem. Thus far the furnace has performed to expectations, the humidity is better overall and the new thermostat allows us to really control all of our heat and humidity needs.

Alberto came over promptly on the same day I phoned for an appointment (Margarita was wonderful on the phone), despite the snowy weather, and helped explain the inner-workings of our water heaters. The cold drafts we were concerned about was necessary for the water heater, but he did go the extra mile to look at our furnace as well and advised we use a different filter so we did not needlessly overwork our furnace. We plan on switching to an on-demand water heater in the coming months and will definitely work with Deljo again. They were reliable, efficient, and adequately priced for such wonderful service.

They were very professional. The tech went above and beyond in his service, he made good recommendations helping me take care of my unit in the future. He cleaned up well. They were punctual and explained everything well. Overall they were a good company I would recommend

I tried a couple times to fix the intermittent problem my furnace was having. Finally, I called Deljo on a Sunday evening. Jonathan arrived within a couple hours of my call. He was extremely professional and personable. My furnace had an intermittent problem and it happened to be operating when Jonathan arrived. He offered to return the next day if I had enough heat to get through the night and that would save me the after hours premium. I really wanted to get it fixed so I told him to make the repair immediately, but I appreciated the fact that he had the final bill in mind.

It was a little expensive but he knew what he was doing. He was in and out within 15 minutes. They did a good job, but if you are on a budget, I would recommend calling around for other estimates. I didn't have a choice in this case do to the severity of this repair.

No call back at night even though I made clear it was emergency service I was requesting.
