I wasn't sure what was wrong with the door. I had others come to inspect, do minor repairs, etc. Crystal door did something different. They checked it, diagnosed symptoms, and went to work like a detective to find the cause. Everything they did was logical but no one else knew or bothered, (Just buy a new door!). I asked why he didn't just sell me a door and he said it was better business to have satisfied customers who will recommend them and when I do decide on a door I will choose them. I will. It was a good experience with a real professional.
