The waiting room is very nice. The couch is comfortable and they have HD TV setup and a water port. They get you in and out. Over the years we have brought about 6 different cars to this company. they are definitely worth the 45 minute trip because we trust them.

We only deal with one or two workers. They are responsive, polite, and very personable.the manager we deal with treats you like family even though we live 40 minutes away they are upfront and trustworthy.

They try to get back you as quick as they can and get you in. We will go back to them whenever we need to. I have been going to them since the past decade. They walk you through anything they need to do and keep you updated on what they have done with the car. They have fair prices and very trustworthy site. If they don't think they are the best place they will give you suggestion. About 6 years ago I needed new tires and they told me to go somewhere with the best value.

As I recall, our family has worked with Cosmetic for over twenty years.  They have consistently provided high quality service and repairs.  Drew has been our service manager.  He patiently answers our questions and helps to coordinate matters with the insurance company and the car rental firm.  Most importantly, Cosmetic is honest.  We very much appreciate working with somone we can trust.  It is nice to know that our car has been repaired properly and is safe to drive.

Did a wonderful job! Had doubts with it being a new car that the paint wouldn't match, but they did a great job!

They were able to eliminate the mice problem but in the process they also caused some problems. They cracked some of the plastic panels that you put back, they messed up a parking light so they go through the wiring and they didn't fix it. They did something with the back door where the sensor that tells you whether the door is closed, now it doesn't always sensed if the door is closed, and the light goes on and off. They did not cleaned the plastic mat that covers the back end of the CRV and they cleaned it partially but there's still some residue. In the process of fixing the vehicle, they broke the vehicle stabilization mechanism and I had replaced it which it was over $1000 that they had to pay for and not even all paid for because they broke it. They did not catch it either, my husband was driving off in about a mile away and called me up and said, "Why is this light on and it's never been on before." It took them over a week to deal with that and also in the process, it made my rental that I had from All State get passed the number of days allocated for it. The All State wouldn't cover it, the Cosmetic Auto did not pay for it, and so I lost about $500 from that too.

I went to them because one of our car had problems. It did not cost us anything, because the car goes to them and the insurance tester comes in. They are very good.

I would highly recommend this place - and I worked with Bill, who was just fantastic.
I worked with my insurance agency so I paid the deductible of $1000 and the other $2200 was covered. In uptown one night parked on Broadway, my car was vandalized. Nothing stolen, but it looked like someone took a bat to the window - and missed, too - the window well was bent. It needed bodywork. There were also scratches on the side and another dent on the front fender.
My car came back looking like new! I had to travel out of the country for a brief period while it was being worked on, but Bill kept me informed of the status and when I picked it up, it was totally detailed and clean, inside and out. Feels like a new car!

I was able to get an appointment very promptly. There was the possibility of a rental car available.
The service was performed faster than initially estimated.
My only concern was that there were no phone calls to relate the stage of progress on my vehicle.

My insurance company offered to make an appointment for me at the time of the accident. This was an 'approved' repair facility not too far from my house. I took the car there for an estimate on a Monday. The original estimate was about $1175. They ordered the parts and called me on the following Friday to bring the car in. I brought it in in Monday and picked up the car on Wednesday. It looks great to me. The final cost was $1100.58, $500 of which was my deductible. They cleaned the car inside and out and, best of all, left a tin of cookies and an thank-you note on the front seat. I was surprised at how neat and clean the building was. They have a very cute waiting area and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall, it went excellent. You would never think the car had been in an accident. Cosmetic worked with my insurance company and resolved those payment issues. I did not need to get involved. I was given an estimate of when the work would be done and it was delivered on time. I cannot say enough good things about Cosmetic Auto Trim and Glass and Mike Nitti in particular.

It was a great experience. My insurance company gave me a list of body shops to have my car fixed. I went on Angies list to see if any shops were rated close to me. Cosmetic Auto had only one rating back in 2008 but it was an A. I decided to give them a try and am I ever glad I did. They were fabulous. They told me it would take a week or so to order parts and fix my car. It was done in 4 days,the car is perfect. and their shop is immaculate. Overall an A plus,plus experience. I highly recommend them.. They even gave me a tin of cookies as a thank-you.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I had a very nice surprise when I went back to pick up my car. Inside, on my seat, they left me a round tin of cookies and a little note thanking me for my business. I felt very appreciated as a customer and the work they did on my car was great, too.
