"PLEASE NOTE THAT CHICAGLAND DECK CLEANING & SEALING HAS WON SUPER SERVICE AWARDS 2005, 2004, 2003 & 2002. BILL HADERLEIN IS THE OWNER. THE MEMBER WAS A 2-TIME CUSTOMER OF OURS. DURING 2005, SHE REPEATEDLY SET APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLED AND RESET THEM FOR A VARIETY OF REASONS. HER TIME CONSTRAINTS WERE VERY DEMANDING AND IN NO WAY TOOK POTENTIAL WEATHER SITUATIONS INTO CONSIDERATION. EACH TIME, WE OBLIGED HER REQUEST. ON 9/28/05, MY WORKERS WERE SCHEDULED TO TO AT HER HOUSE AROUND 2:00PM TO SEAL HER DECK AFTER COMPLETING A 6-UNIT CONDOMINIUM JOB. I WAS OUT OF TOWN. IT RAINED THE PREVIOUS NIGHT AND OUR START AT THE CONDO WAS DELAYED. MY SUPERVISOR CALLED HER TO LET THEM KNOW THEY WOULD BE LATE. SHE VERBALLY ABUSED THE SUPERVISOR. TOLD THEM "NOT TO COME" BECAUSE THEY WOULD BE "TOO TIRED" TO DO A GOOD JOB AND TOLD THEM SHE NEEDED TO SPEAK TO ME ASAP OR SHE WOULD CALL ANGIE'S LIST. THE WORKERS PROCEEDED TO ANOTHER JOB. MY WORKERS GOT HOLD OF ME OUT-OF-TOWN A FEW HOURS LATER. AROUND 3:30 PM,I CALLED BETSY.SHE AND HER HUSBAND (ON TWO PHONES) VERBALLY ABUSED ME FOR THE WORKERS NOT SHOWING UP AT 2:00PM EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS CALLED. AFTER MANY MINUTES OF HER SWEARING AT ME, I INFORMED HER THAT THE JOB WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULED (1ST TIME I RESCHEDULED). SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN AND HUNG-UP. I LET HER COOL DOWN FOR A DAY, THEN LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR HER TO RESCHEDULE. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I NEVER CHARGED HER FOR THE CLEANING THAT WAS ALREADY DONE. I BELIEVE SHE IS IN THE WRONG."
"MEMBER CALLED IN EARLY MAY WHICH IS THE PEAK SEASON FOR GENERATING QUOTES. WE DID ALMOST 700 QUOTES (ON-SITE VISITS)IN THE 2005 SEASON. I DID CALL HIM BACK TO TELL HIM IT WOULD BE ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO TURN AROUND THE QUOTE DUE TO THE VOLUME. IN ADDITION, HE HAS A LOCKED GATE, SO WE HAD TO SCHEDULE A TIME HE COULD LEAVE THE GATE OPEN. HE DID RECEIVE HIS QUOTE FROM US AND I PERSONALLY TALKED TO HIM ON THE PHONE ON SOME ISSUES REGARDING HIS DECK. THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THE BID WHICH IS OK.ABOUT 40% OF CUSTOMERS ACCEPT OUR BIDS. SUBSEQUENT TO HIM RECEIVING OUR QUOTE, I READ THIS F-GRADE REPORT AND CALLED MEMBER TO ASK HIM TO RECANT HIS GRADE AS HE DID RECEIVE HIS QUOTE. HE DID NOT RESPOND."
