I made an appointment with Marquise Antonio of Chicago Mold. We talked on the phone first. Marquise came to my home within a few days. He was very courteous, well-informed, and able to explain and answer my questions. Marquise contacted me and sent me the mold report in two days. I am still deciding what to do about the condition of my basement.

Marquise and his team were amazing! When I called to inquire about their services, I also explained that I was pregnant and had a toddler in our home. He understood my concerns and made it a priority to come to our home. He got me scheduled that same day! A few days later they were back to remove the mold. They also found the leak that caused the mold and fixed that as well. Marquise and his team are very knowledgeable, he explained the entire process and took the time to answer any questions that we had. He truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Chicago Mold Company!

Marquis was absolutely fabulous!! He went above and beyond with his customer service. First, he was incredibly prompt and responsive when I called to inquiry about mold testing. He was able to see me the same day which was a Saturday nonetheless!! (I had called a couple of other places too and by the time one of the other people got back to me, he was like you found someone willing to come same day on a Saturday?! Iâ d pay them whatever they say! ð ) He was on par price-wise with the others but again it was the customer service that really put him ahead! When he arrived he was incredibly polite and clearly knew his stuff. He showed me some type of micro certification card. He very patiently and clearly explained how there can be different types of black mold and then he did a swab test and visual test to assess the black stuff I found on our carpet and underneath the tv stand/bookshelf. Whereas other people may try to drum up more business, Marquis was super professional and clear in his recommendations and it all made sense to me. He offered a spectrum of services which I thought was really great! Would highly recommend! Fortunately for us, we wonâ t need him to do any mold remediation (phew!) but I would have gone with him for that too!!
