Appointment confirmed, night before call to reconfirm, call 30 minutes before arrival, on-time within window.
Reviewed unit, identified issue, had to order part, scheduled 2nd visit (same pre-visit confirmation), replaced unit, which did not work - defective board.
Scheduled 3rd visit and replaced control board and ensured unit was working.
An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Will call GE again for repairs to their appliances
