The owner responded to our call right away, even called back after I called with another question. Gave us a very reasonable quote over the phone for what we suspected was the problem. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about everything and scheduled service for the next day. During that time, I changed my mind and decided to replace the dryer for a larger unit. I called them to cancel. He was very gracious. He is the one I will call when I need appliance service.

Went very well. Showed up quickly, identified issue and fixed quickly and correctly.

Julio prepared by listening to my concerns, asked questions on phone to diagnose, requested washer model number and arrived quickly and punctually with part needed to fix problem that morning. He explained problem and resolution clearly. He worked fast, efficiently, and quietly, and presented clean and courteous.

It was a Saturday and Dave was able to come out between 5 and 7 that day. He arrived before 5 and completed the job before 6. Great Service!

Called the number and got an answering service. They said I would receive a call in 10 or 15 minutes. I received a call, described the problem and he said he was in the area. He mentioned his name was Rich and he would be there in 40 minutes, which he was. He came and saw dryer and said it neede a new flex line. He also noticed the vent elbow and flex hose were not in good shape and replaced them. Nice guy, nice job.

Perfectly. Our technician, Mario, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. The gas range is 14 years old and the spark switch on the biggest burner is going out. The repair is possible but would be very costly. I don't want to replace the range now but I don't want to spend a lot on a stove that will need to be replaced in a few years anyway. Mario showed me that I could ignite the defective burner using the ignitor on any other burner. It's a hack that works, is safe and gives me the time to research exactly what I want when I replace this model (which I love). He also made some product recommendations for a new range based on his experience in appliance repair. That was invaluable! Mario was professional, knowledgeable and neat. He also showed me how to make my dishwasher run more efficiently and recommended a product to clean it internally.

He showed me what went wrong and offered a repair. I opted to buy a new dryer but I will call them back if I need any other appliances repaired. Repair quote was $590 to replace a system board.

Spoke with owner who advised Manny would be contacting me to do work. Manny said he was waiting for a supplier to get back to him on parts. He never replied again. I reached out to him three more times. Very unprofessional.

Superheros! They did it again. My Whirlpool refrigerator wouldn't cool but the freezer was fine. I had researched it and of the 2 options I found I knew it would turn out to be the most expensive part. Chichi and his associate came out and fixed it in no time. My refriarator went from 60 to 36 degrees in an hour. The best service ever. Prompt, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. I am so glad they are around. BTW I hate my refrigerator...lol.

Called on Monday set up appointment for Thursday. Kevin called 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival he checked dryer immediately and found that it needed a new ignitor. Told me how much it would cost and found that he had one in his truck. He installed it and was done with everything within 40 minutes of his arrival. Kevin was fantastic, very polite and professional.

Prompt response to my phone message. Once it was determined that they had the part in stock an appointment was made. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Arrived on time and quickly repaired the part. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Our washing machine stopped spinning. Julio came out, quickly identified the problem, and was able to fix it in the same visit. He also offered some maintenance tips to help avoid similar problems in the future. Very happy with everything and would definitely contact this company again.

I contacted Chicago Appliance Service Company around 7:30am to see if they could come out and look at my freezer and by 9:30am they were here. It took them about an hour to finish the job and they were very professional and efficient the entire time.

Called in the morning and the technician arrived a few hours later well within the window of time provided to us. The technician, David, diagnosed the problem and had the necessary part to replace the clogged drain piece. There wasn't much room to access the back of the frig but he managed. He completed the repair in about 30 minutes by removing the old drain assembly and installing a new one designed not to clog. This was the solution that I had seen online. David was very careful in moving the frig to not damage the kitchen floor. Overall, he was very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend this company.

AWESOME! I called in the AM, service technician arrived early PM, and started using dryer again late PM. In awe of how responsive this firm was. The service technician Elvis was courteous and efficient. I definitely recommend to everyone to contact this firm if you need appliance serviced.

This company does all the right things.They get in touch with you promptly. They fit in our service very close to Christmas, as I was expecting company and needed my dryer. Julio, the technician was very professional and showed me what was wrong with the dryer and what parts needed to be ordered. I was expecting to buy a new dryer, but the cost of the repair was much cheaper. We are up and running again!

It was an intermittent problem that was hard to find. Julio discovered it and replaced the solenoids in addition to cleaning inside the dryer.

They are very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. We have used them a few times now, and are very pleased with their work.

Kevin came and was very honest and open about the issues. Because the washing machine was so expensive to fix he recommended it is cheaper to buy new. In addition, he provided very useful information on what brands to favor and what brands not to purchase in looking for a new machine. Lastly, I did not feel unsafe here as a female alone with the technician. He was respectful and polite.

Julio opened up the dryer and cleaned everything out and removed objects that cause the noise.

It was awesome they were out here a few years back for me. They did a great job and that’s why I used them again. They came and fixed my fridge in one trip and it’s been working great ever since.

I called late and received an answering service, which was fine. The answering service said they would have someone call me within 15-20 minutes, which did not happen. I didn't really care as I fell asleep anyway. I received a call the next morning, very early (around 7am). They came out that afternoon, which was a big relief since I have wood floors and did not want the water to ruin the floors. I had these guys out before to fix appliances, and they are always fair. They even told me when a certain part goes out on the refrigerator, to just buy a new one instead of fix it. Fortunately, the fridge does not need that particular part, but these guys never repair what honestly needs to be replaced. I have their number in my cell phone for when I need their help again.
