CENTRAL SURVEY

Gary Demas and his crew did a terrific job. While their web site graphic says "You want it when?", they really did respond in a pretty timely fashion (1 1/2 - 2 weeks from my initial call). I asked for the more expensive "staked" survey, which clearly identifies all of my boundaries. The survey's themselves were delivered a few days after I had reviewed digital versions faxed to me. Four identical originals, with embossed seals were delivered a few days after that. Gary changed nothing additional to create and email me with another survey version that indicated my planned fencing placement. Highly recommend them. Very reasonable.

They gave me tons of copies of the survey. They did such a great job on the survey and they were excellent at answering all of my questions. They were able to help me resolve a dispute I had with a neighbor about property lines. They were amazing on their price. They were much cheaper then anyone else. They were also on time and even early.

We called and they came out within a week. We picked up several copies at their office.

I spoke to Gary initially over the phone, but because doing things via e-mail is easier for me, we did most of our speaking over the internet. I explained what issues I wanted worked out, he provided suggestions and I okayed the deal. Extremely professional from start to finish.

Needed updated Plat of Survey for home improvement project. Had a tight turn around time frame. A survey crew came out within three days and a had a new Plat of Survey in seven days.

The company representative (do not remember name) was very nice on the phone and provided an estimate of $450 to $500 for a survey. Although I selected another company for the work, this company was professional and polite on the phone.

Fine. They came when they said they would, completed the survey and mailed it to us pretty promptly. There was one area that was confusing to me and the City permits people, which caused us some time, but otherwise they did a fine job.

I called several places, and Central Survey was the only place that was able to do the survey and provide copies of the plat of survey within two weeks. Gary was very professional in explaining the services and the cost and kept to the two weeks schedule. The only complaint, if you'd call it that, is that I had to go to their office to pick up the plat of survey. However, they were flexible w/ their business hours to accommodate the pick-up.

ALTHOUGH WE HIRED SOMEONE ELSE, GARY DEMAS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN PREPARING HIS PRICE ($500), AND ADVISING US OF HIS SCHEDULE. HAD AN OPENING BEEN AVAILABLE ON AN EARLIER DATE, WE WOULD HAVE HIRED HIS COMPANY.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE.
