Would rate a Negative 5 Stars if it was an option, HORRIBLE COMPANY PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Jesus was the initial person (supposedly licensed plumber) that first accepted the job to install a tankless water heater. He stated he does these often and showed a picture of one he supposedly installed a couple weeks ago. On Saturday the 9th Jesus and Jonathan started their attempt to install. We supplied the water heater system. The first unit they told us it was defective on so my husband and step son went to Home Depot and purchased another $1700 tankless heater. After 3 days of attempting to install and filling my house with gas my dog started vomiting so I went downstairs to see what is going on, Jesus tried to assure me nothing was wrong and he was just purging the gas line. I told him my house is full of gas an my dog is throwing up because of it. Then he opens the back door to vent out the basement, About 20 minutes later, their 3rd day at this it’s about 9pm they call my husband to come downstairs. I followed my husband downstairs to the basement and Jesus is trying to tell us it’s not working due to low gas pressure and starts opening the gas line in front of us and trying to have a conversation while gas is pouring from the pipe. I had to tell him to please reconnect the gas pipe now. They wanted to come back on Tuesday to try to run more gas lines. On Monday Jesus had to keep leaving for other jobs which we only found out about because my step son was downstairs and speaks Spanish and overheard Jonathan telling Jesus over the phone that Jesus needs to come back because he didn’t know what he was doing. Right after they left we were outside and smelled gas. We noticed the gas meter was spraying gas. I had Nicor gas come out and they gas man stated the plumber blew the gas regulator on the meter from opening and closing it to rapid. I had to have another company come to install correctly. I was informed the vent was just jammed in the wall. They also put a cover over the ventilation system on the outside of my house that would not allow the system to vent properly had they not just jammed the PVC pipe in the wall. They butchered my wall cutting out 8" + inches when they only needed to vent a 3" pipe. Also I just had my house painted and they used tar to install the cover to the house. Had it worked we would have been killed due to carbon monoxide poisoning. They ran the gas line off the catch of another gas line that was only 1/2". They used a gas pipe for a water line. Water was leaking from all the water lines on the tank. I was also informed that they are not licensed plumbers, they are general contractors that should have never attempted to install a tankless water heater. They could have killed my whole family!

We called for a free estimate, tech came quickly which was wonderful. Gave us a quote to which we agreed to. 30min later tech tells us that we have a hard block and is unable to do the job for the agreed price but but still has to collect half of the agreed quote. This place is a complete scam. If its an easy fit sure they maybe great but if its something different then quoted they are going to charge you either way a hefty price. I called to complain and ask why this wasn't explained before the tech even came out, I got a very condescending manager who asked me "so you think we should work for free?" Thats not what I said I called to ask why your company isn't transparent with the customers. Bottom line the quote isn't free. You have to pay $185 for it or more depending on your quote, and its not a complete diagnostic. Be aware!!

This company is the worst and most unprofessional company that you can come across. I would suggest that you avoid them at all cost. After spending $3500 for them to install a brand new Rheem water heater they came and installed it on the third floor of my townhouse WITHOUT a drain pan. Fast forward to now when I'm trying to sell my house and of course the house inspector said that has to be installed with a pan underneath for safety. I look on the Rheem water heater and it says that a pan must be installed underneath if it is on a higher floor. I called the company to see if they could fix it. They didn't call me back for 3 days even though I expressed urgency. When a manager finally called he said, "That will be $550 for us to come out and drain the water heater and put a pan underneath." Apparently it didn't matter that they had done a shoddy the first time. When I explained that they should make things right since it was their mistake, the manager hung up on me. Don't waste your time. They are truly bad!

Jesse showed up. That's a positive. It was raining and we had sewer backup flowing into our basement. He took his time. The rod equipment broke in the middle of the chaos. He used a tip of about 2" in diameter to unclog our 6" diameter sewer line - R U kidding me?! And said "Well for now you are good, but I can't guarantee for how long." In fact on his receipt he wrote down that he does NOT GUARANTEE his work for any length of time. He said we needed to do a camera inspection so I asked if he could it right then. He said no. I called the next day and asked for the camera inspection and they told me that if I were to do it when Jesse was there, it would have been free. Separately it would be another $250 on top of the $480 we paid for the rodding. So I scheduled anyways, because an expert is telling me it needs to be done. Guess what - No CALL-NO SHOW. Unprofessional. Untrustworthy. Misguiding. He took advantage of us. I would never in a million years hire Captain Rooter again!

Happy with the results.

Two plumbers arrived on time and worked for an hour and 40 minutes to clear roots in sewer system. Very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

It was ok, not great.  They're fine; they're ok.

They lied and tried to overcharge $1400 for a simple floater change that costs $19.

wonderful. The guy arrived on time and got to work. He even took the time to look at a few other minor plumbing issues to give me some advice on best way to address them.

Luis was excellent. He arrived on time and was very professional with the explanation of the service he would provide prior to start. He offered suggestions to minimize service with tips to alleviate clogging and provided a quote should I decide to invest in installing an outside access point for greater ability to annually clean the sewer line. They were great!
