Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

The young man whom I spoke was very professional and friendly representing BUBBLES very well. I will be sure to ask for him next time I use this service. His name was Sebastian. I don't think you will ever be disappointed.

The gutters were cleaned and flushed with water to ensure proper flow. The tech identified a clog point in a couple of downspouts and was able to recommend and complete reconfiguration to prevent future problems.

They did a great job. It rained the first day they came out so they rescheduled and came the next week to make sure that they did a good job.

The crew was very professional and everything was done to my satisfaction.

They were very punctual and fast. The cleaner showed exactly were the problem area were and explained how to take care of the downspouts.

Service was great! Would definitely use again!

Great - I wasn't home when they did the work but came home to clean gutters and all the trash was taken with them. They emailed me an invoice which I paid and the service was concluded

This is a follow up review to my original unfavorable review. Since my issue with scheduling service due to a credit card requested to confirm an appointment I have been contacted by the owner, Keith Thompson twice. He has been apologetic and sincere in his attempts to win back my business and going above and beyond to offer a free window and gutter service. If I had not already utilized another service I would have accepted his offer. I'm impressed by the follow up and customer service and will use Bubbles again next year. I was always happy with Bubbles results and the employees were always nice, professional and did excellent work.

The tech was out in less than an hour as he was in the neighborhood. He got straight to work, was very professional, and kept everything clean.

I was very happy with the job Danny and his partner performed. I have a large home with many windows ,it was an especially hot day. I would definitely use them again. This is is the first time I have every allowed anyone to clean the inside of my windows. I have always done them myself. I would allow Danny and partner to clean my windows again.

Superbly. I have already asked to have the same crew next time! Raul was superb! I didn't even know the windows could be that clean! A little pricey, but worth it for that quality.

They were late for the window appointment. When we called, they said they were overbooked and would be there when they got there. When they showed up, they did a horrible job. Some windows were not even touched, and the big window above our front door, was done with a pole and a squeegee. In our bathroom upstairs, they put a hole in the window screen and did not tell us, but tried to hide it. When we called to get them back out to correct the bad job, the supervisor who came had an attitude. He accused us of damaging the screen and trying to pass it off that the workers did it. He said they sent 2 new workers because they were over booked, and they had too much business. He promised a $25 credit since they did such a bad job. Two weeks later, no credit and no repaired screen yet. Stay away from Bubbles.

As I mentioned before, I called several companies to get someone to clean my windows, and I had difficulty. For some reason, the companies I called had people who didn't speak English well, and they had difficulty understanding my request. Finally, I called these guys, and they understood! I was so relieved. We arranged for a time, and they came over. There were 2 of them -- which was necessary because one had to be at the bottom of the ladder holding it. It didn't take long. They cleaned inside and outside. And they even told me about the problem I was having with one of the windows. At the conclusion, I called the company and paid them with a credit card. I thought they did a good job. They were very careful with the ladder. I only had a few things that could be improved: 1) They arrived about 30 minutes early. We decided on a time, and I made sure I had no meetings at that time. Of course, when they arrived early, it was very inconvenient as I was in the middle of a conference call. So, I had to get off my call which did not amuse me. 2) When one of the guys was washing the windows outside, he used the ladder for one of the windows, but apparently walked across a support member of my house to get to the other one and stood on it to wash the other. This support structure was my fireplace, and this was not a good idea. I didn't see this until he was nearly finished. My place is new construction, and the fireplace is not brick, so it was very unwise. You don't show up for a $150 job and leave potentially owing thousands because of something you broke to save 5 minutes. This doesn’t reflect the best judgment. 3) I felt good about calling them within 15 minutes to pay my bill, so I was surprised when they called me back later that day asking to be paid. All in all, I think they did a good job, but when I need to have this done again, I will call around. I think most people want to be satisfied with companies so they can call them back and not have to shop around because it's a drag. But everyone was nice and friendly.

Had a 4 hour window from 8-12, at 11:45 I sent an email asking if they were still planning on coming. At 12:15 I got a response that they were running late but I would get a call when in route. At 12:30 I cancelled. It would have been fine if I was notified about running late but after waiting 4 hours not going to wait all day for an estimate. Will find someone who is professional and is considerate of other people and their time as well.

Hector was the technician and he was very nice. He did an excellent job and I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

My experience was with Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning Located at 2037 W. Belle Plaine Ave. Chicago, Il 60618 Kay in the office sent me Asael. I hope I spelled his name correctly. He did an amazing, excellent job. He work diligently on my windows. He was able to take off some hard built up substance that I was not able to get off that had been on my windows for more than 5 years due to workers sealing the outside brick of our condo 5 story building. This window was the main point of view in the house and I tried to hide it from company by pulling the blinds. I was so happy and pleased that he was able to get it off. I even tried to tell him how to do his job and he told me politely in a reassuring way that he knew what to do. I LFET HE ALONG AND LET HIM DO HIS PROFESSIONAL JOB IN WHICH HE DID. HAPPY I DID. I use Bubbles services frequently since I renovate homes. They do an amazing job- especially with the homes I renovate where the windows always need extra work and scrubbing. I can count on them to communicate well, send professional and hard working individuals and they always follow up to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.

Gutter was torn away from the house and spilling water onto the patio. The company came out to make an assessment and quickly repaired the problem. The staff was prompt and professional. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

The job required washing about 29 feet of 8 foot high windows - inside and out - including the removal and washing of outside storms. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the job upfront, I was still under-quoted $100 when all was said and done. The service tech had to call in a second guy to help him remove the storms. They did do an excellent job, however. They were very quick, thorough and personable.

While the quality of the work that was done in terms of the window washing was good. Beware of using this company. Their cleaning crew had access to my bedroom to wash the windows and I had some jewelry stolen. I cannot provide concrete proof, but they were the only ones who had access to the bedroom and what was stolen was 3 gold necklaces, a sapphire pendant and, the most heartbreaking of all, a pendant that belonged to my grandmother. They took what they knew was gold and would be easy to pawn. If you use this company to not leave the crew unattended. To add insult to injury, I even gave the guys $30 to buy lunch. When I called Bubbles to make them aware of my suspicions, I of course got the response of they have never had this happen, this crew has been with them for years and they would look into it. I have not gotten a call back from anyone.

Bubbles was very flexible given the rainy weather we've had lately. They waited until a nice sunny day, zoomed in and washed the windows. 'Nuff said.
