Really bad experience.

I was in the Albany Park flood zone in September 2008. Water rose to four inches in my basement, so I got off easy compared to neighbors who were evacuated when the water came all the way up to their first floor. When the water in the street began to recede and the water in my basement did not, I called Bubba and Wayne because they are pretty close to my address. They said they had had several calls from Albany Park, but that the police blockade would not let them in. I said I'd scout out and call back. I found a back route through several alleyways, and called back to give directions. Within 20 minutes I had three guys at my door. They scoped out the scene, and went to work clearing my main sewer line. It took a long time, but they kept at it, going to smaller and smaller cutter heads until they could finally get the snake past what seemed to be collapsed drain tiles. At this time of crisis, I really appreciated their dedication and expertise.

Rats had come up from the sewer during flood. We determined they had built a burrow to the crumbling catch basin. Bubba and Wayne replaced it and filled in the "cave" rats had made under sidewalk. So far no more rats and a functioning catch basin. They came out to look at the job within an hour of being called. Steve (the point man that came), seemed knowledgeable and professional. We agreed on the price and he did the work a day later. My grandchildren live in this 2-flat and I was very anxious to get rid of the rat. They were quick, did a great job and left the yard in very clean shape. By the way, the exterminator I called said it sounded like they were gone, but would come back and help if necessary.
