My dog chewed on the wires in the back of the unit so I needed services quickly in the heat we were having. Browns heating and cooling was the first company to reach out to set up an appointment. Technician Raymod came out and fixed the issue quickly. I am satisfied with the services and will reach out again!

Ramod is really good at what he does and stands behind his company and their product. I was not the easiest customer for sure and yet he 100 percent work with me every step of the way to help me get the proper hvac system for a good price. I would highly recommend this outfit to anyone who needs a new hvac system or repair. It’s been 2 months since it I had the install done and it’s working flawlessly. Thanks for everything, Ramod !

Hi sorry you feel that the pricing was more than the service charge should be. The $239 is a standard charge for a radiator vent replacement. We also quoted you the amount for the repair before making said repair and you agreed to the pricing. It’s charged at that pricing specifically because typically when removing those old vents they break due to the age and corrosion. This is exactly what happened while removing your vent. The technician spent 3 hours working on getting the radiator repaired. So while he may have been at your home physically for 1 hour he spent a lot more time searching for the part to repair the radiator. 3 hours for $239 is below national and local hvac rates. Hope this helps.

The service was great. He was able to come out within an hour of my call.They found out what was wrong with my Boiler and fixed it within an hour. The price was very reasonable.
