Blue Sky replaced our 25-year-old roof and deck (flat roof and Trex deck, privacy screens and guard rails). Chris and his team were efficient and professional, cleaned up after every day, and did excellent work. The team created a gate for us as an emergency exit to our neighboring unit, and installed a simple yet elegant solution for the latches to be opened from either side. We love our new deck!

After 50 years, it was time for a tear-off on my flat-roofed office building. I checked their work at each stage of the process and all was done very well. This job was done in 2015 and my roof still looks great

Chris is always super responsive and professional. When most roofers didn't want to even come give us an estimate for small-fish repairs, his team gladly came out and performed repairs needed. Wonderful customer service. Will use them again.

My overall experience was exceptional. Carlos of Blue Sky initially came to my home and spent as much time as needed in explaining the repair or replacement alternatives with me and was very considerate regarding my specific roof concerns and financial constraints. He was very patient in helping me make the best decision and allowed me some promised flexibility after the work began. The Blue Sky team that performed the work over the course of a week were diligent and showed-up ready to go everyday. The end product was excellent. There was also some incidental damage caused due to a severe rainstorm during the work week that couldn't have been prevented by the Blue Sky team, however, Carlos took the necessary steps to timely restore the slightly damaged area to a condition that was better than before the rainstorm occurred. Very commendable. Overall a professional and dedicated group, which I would strongly recommend from both quality of work and cost perspectives!

The work took two approximately 8 hour days. The old shingles and covering were off after about 5 hours. The crew spent the rest of the time putting on the new shield paper and shingles. There were only about two to three nail pops in the drywall inside the finished attic so it seems they were pretty careful with the nailing. It has been six months since the work was done and everything still is great. No leaks inside or shingles damaged by the wind. The company representatives were good with answering questions before the work was done and with keeping the customer informed with the progress while the work was going on.

Great! They came the day it was scheduled and finished when they said they would. This in spite of having to stop work in the afternoon to cover the roof with a tarp because of a rain storm. Job was competed and cleaned up the next day with no damage to the house or landscape.

The Issue: Had a front corner post whose cement base started sinking due to the most Winter we experienced. The corner section of the roof was noticeably sagging by a significant amount. The Solution: Pictures were taken of the post and roof and sent to Chris at Blue Sky Roofing. Chris responded with an estimate and said it would take just over a day to complete. It was made known to Chris that the project was hoping to get completed by the middle of April the absolute latest. Chris sent 2 men over 2 days later and they: 1) Secured the roof with wood framing 2) Removed the dirt \ landscaping 3) Removed the cement block and all the cement in the ground 4) Poured the cement for the footing 5) The next day they framed and poured the cement for the square box around the pole (this took a couple hours) 6) The day after they returned to remove the wooden frame around the newly poured cement box 7) All the dirt \ landscaping was relocated to its original position 8) The roof was now again straight But, they did not stop there. They caulked 2 section of the roof and made sure the job was acceptable. Their work was oustanding all the way around from all directions! They will utilized by us for all future projects!

All went well.  Very professional.

Carlos Vaca came out to look at our roof and give an estimate.  I accepted his estimate out of 5 choices because of his professionalism, best options, clear explanations, and best overall pricing.  His men came out one day earlier than originally estimated (and arrived 30 minutes earlier than promised) and worked quickly.  They did a terrific job, and left a completely clean work site when finished.  Carlos followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied, to see if we had any questions, and to give us further instructions re: maintaining the roof going forward (especially being sure to clean off the leaves from the nearby trees once a year.)  We were totally satisfied and happy with the job.

Overall they did a fine job.  Not perfect, but no major complaints.

Overall a positive experience. Work was done well, on time and on budget. Would work with Blue Sky again.

Chris and his team are consummate professionals. We first used them when we had to repair the condo roof after a bad storm. During a subsequent inspection, he saw that the flashing on the 3rd floor addition was installed incorrectly.
Throughout both projects, Chris was extremely helpful and responsive. And the quality of the work done was superior.
I highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone.
