We have been working with Nikola for over 10years, he is our only go to Contractor for our work with our Clients. Very satisfied with his performance. No hesitation in recommending Him

They were pretty good. It was good. They did what they were supposed to. They cleaned up after. I didn't have any problem ever since.

Excellent job

- upgrade ceiling fans (one on a vaulted ceiling)
......all 3 ceiling fans make a clicking noise
......he left the cap of the fan on the vaulted ceiling fan sitting on top the fan because the cap would not
fit at the base because of the pitch of the ceiling. We cannot put the fan on medium or high speed because it makes a clanking sound.
- upgrade all of our light switches
.....I frequently get shocked on one of the switches which leads be to believe there is some exposed wire inside.
- install dimmers in living room and TV room
.....all the dimmers flicker even after purchasing different dimmers and light bulbs
- bring up to code our electrical box
.....instead of installing 220 box he took the liberty of installing a 120 box because in his opinion we really don't need 220 in a home.
I have contacted him twice to come look at his work and the first time he replied that he was very busy but would let me know when he could fit me in. The second time I did not ever get a reply.
Once I put together some more money, I will have to find and pay some else to come fix this unacceptable work.

Excellent! I had previously used Blah-Blah on a ceiling fan install in our old house and asked Nick to come out to our new house to quote this job. He wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, of the 4 electricians we had quote the work. However, I think he may provide the best value and here's why.
For the quote, I asked that Nick come as early as possible so that I would not be too late getting to work. He showed up promptly at 7:30am, walked through my requests, provided suggestions, took notes, and then sent me a quote later that night. He provided a detailed quote that broke out material and labor costs separately for each specific job. I knew exactly was I was paying for and would have the option of requesting different hardware if needed.
When Nick and his partner first arrived, they went through exactly what we agreed upon and any additional details that needed to be covered. I was able to leave Nick and his partner do the job tha tI hired them to do without monitoring. Anytime there was a decision point that may affect the design, he let me know and we discussed it. Most importantly Nick does not push anything onto anyone. He understands that he is working for you and will do what he can to make you happy with his work, but he is also realistic and does not over-promise.
The lighting install went well and was a success. I believe it took about 3 days to complete and after each day, Nich and his partner cleaned up the area where they were working. Also, prior to starting each day, they did their best to protect any furniture, cabinets, flooring, etc from dirt, dust, and damage.
I am very pleased and would have Nick quote again for future electrical work.

This is the second time I've used him. About two years ago he hung a TV over my fireplace in the living room and did an amazing job of moving lines around two corners. This time his work was no less spectacular. He is prompt and his estimates are spot on....this time it was even a bit less than his original estimate. He is very neat in his work, and brings all the tools, even a vac, to clean up when the job is done. He always asks if you can have some matching paint handy, and he repaints the area when the repairs are finished. He is friendly, professional, and can explain exactly what he will do. I have referred him to several friends who are equally happy with his work.

Great. He came a few days after I called, gave me an estimate and then asked if I wanted him to do the work then. I said 'yes.' He was quick. I couldn't have done it myself. He asked if I had any additional work (I was paying for an hour of time), but I didn't. He works fast and knows his stuff.

The gent came, said we needed a new part and would be back in two days; would be an easy fix. He came back and worked all day and all of a sudden nothing worked. Said he may need to open up the walls as he wasn't sure how it shorted. Came back the next day and fixed all (third day he's visiting) (without opening the walls) but the door buzzer wasn't solid. We tried it all and it worked. Day later, found out he disconnected the door buzzer that the mailman uses with his key. He came back again and fixed. Month later and we're still having problems with the door buzzer. Will try someone else and eat the cost. Small note, he replaced the outside security screw on the front of the intercom with a machine screw that anyone can open. Within the suites, he replace the hidden flat head screw with a visual and industrial machine screw. Doesn't look nice and he didn't even replace what was there. He's a really nice guy, was on time, and worked hard. But we're still having problems and after 4 visits, I have no faith.

Nikola has tremendous customer service. Highly attentive. If you buy the supplies, he'll install it. He's always very prompt and very good with scheduling and his rates, as well as follow ups. I don't think anybody would be unsatisfied with his work!
