Description of Work: my vacuum cleaner (an old Eureka) stopped cleaning. I was almost certain that I would need a new machine. I contacted Best Vacuum and he suggested I being it in, he would look at it and evaluate whether it could be fixed and whether it was worth fixing. Mark was very through checking all parts, found that the belt in the floor attachment needed to be replaced. He replaced it and sent me on my way after paying only for the belt-- $14. His shop was filled with new Miele machines he could have sold me, but did not even suggest that alternative.
