BASSETT FURNITURE OUTLET

2 weeks after we got the furniture we noticed a hole in the chest of drawers and sawdust on the floor under it. We contacted an exterminator who determined that the chest of drawers was delivered to us with beetles in it. He said there was no way they got into it after we received the furniture. When we contacted Bassett to have them come get the furniture they acted as if we were making it up and required the exterminator to send them a copy of the report on letterhead before they would even start the process of getting the furniture out of our house. The exterminator was able to do so the next day and Bassett then said that they couldn't come get the furniture until a week later! They never offered to replace the furniture or anything.
