Horrible experience. Had to wait several minutes while the desk person called down to the garage, She never got a response and gave up. She asks if I want a gas prepay- I agreed. She confirms it. I go down to the lot and the top is down on the convertible they are giving me. It takes me 10 minutes to figure out how to put the top up. There are no attendants in sight. I take the car and there is no washer fluid, so the windshield is full of bug guts for the whole trip. Getting in and out of the garage is a total hassle, it is made to ding the car. Lucky I didn't. I return the car and the attendant says that I didn't pre purchase the gas so I get charged 90 bucks to fill the tank.
