Frankie was terrific. He knew more about appliance repair than I thought was possible. He was almost exactly on time, but never unacceptably outside his 2 hour window. He repaired a dryer, a freezer and installed a garbage disposal. Two of the jobs required additional parts. He came back the next day charging nothing extra for labor and completed both jobs.

Frankie repaired a dishwasher for us, at a reasonable rate, and we were relieved not to have to get a new machine. He was a little late for the original appointment because of traffic, but found a way to make it up to us. He was honest and helpful and great at explaining the issues. We needed a part and he got it in one day. Would definitely hire him again.

Frankie said he wanted to be out "go to" appliance repair guy. He just may be.

Frankie, the technician, was knowledgable and quickly diagnosed the problem. Though there was a delay in getting the part (and as a result a delay in its installation), it was minor. Frankie stayed in touch to keep me informed about the situation so it did not create any inconvenience for me. He completed the repair quickly, and cleaned up. I'll certainly use Appliance Techs next time I've got an appliance problem.

Frankie was prompt & very efficient & personable. I called because my dryer stopped working & he came to fix it that morning, which was great! He also replaced my venting tube and thoroughly removed all lint, which was badly needed & long overdue! I will definitely be using him again - I am so glad to now have a good go-to guy to take care of our appliances.

On Tuesday 4/12/16 I filled out the basic information on line for appliance repair on home advisor, before I got out of the web site Frankie called to set up an appointment he scheduled me for the following day between 12:00 - 2:00 pm he called and got there before the scheduled time , he found the problem within minutes, replaced the part and even clean the floor under the appliance before pushing it back to the wall he was very friendly and professional and if I am in need of a appliance repair in the future I will for sure use them again.
