Scheduled appointment next day and came on time. Technician was friendly fair and honest

Started off friendly and eager and then went AWOL. He completed one job. I paid promptly, same day, via credit card. I asked for an estimate for another job, but missed his voice mail. However, there was no explanation as to why he send a text message, since that was how we originally maintained communication. I also compared his pricing to several other pros and he was grossly over charging almost 20% above industry standard. When I asked if he could improve his pricing, he stopped returning messages. Maybe he felt he had bigger opportunities elsewhere, but the way he ended communication was very rude.

Frankie was great. Super nice, honest and explained exactly what was wrong with our fridge. Was happy he was able come out same day we called. Fridge is running great. Already put their number in the phone book for the next appliance break down.

Frankie called to see if he could come earlier and came right within the window he had requested. He immediately saw what was wrong and told me the repair cost. He did even more than was required to make sure things were running smoothly again and gave practical suggestions for upkeep and future appliance purchases. I will certainly contact him for future repairs and advice on appliance purchases.

Frankie was great. He called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled, which I was more than happy to accommodate. He arrived exactly at that time. He was friendly and honest. I would definitely contact Frankie and/or Appliance Techs if the need arises again in the future.

Frankie did a great job repairing my old oven. He responded to my query on Home Advisor right away, and came over within a couple of hours after I called him back. He worked fast and was very nice; explaining what he was doing as he went. His quote was less than others, and his warranty is better.

I dealt only with Frankie, who called me after I placed my request on HomeAdvisor. He was professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. On the phone, he explained the cost for coming out to look at the issue, but also said that it would be waived if work was to be performed. In person, he explained everything that was wrong with our dryer, told me exactly what he was going to do, and how--if I ever wanted to--to do it on my own. He made sure everything was in working order and showed me that the issue was fixed before closing the dryer. He also checked our washer and told me that while I didn't have to, I might want to take care of a potential issue. I agreed, and he came back a few days later to take care of it. I highly recommend Appliance Techs and I hope that if you do hire them, Frankie will be your tech.

Came out Saturday morning diagnosed the trouble and repaired it quickly. I would highly recommend Appliance Techs, Inc. for any appliance repair. Frankie was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in his work.This is the first time using HomeAdvisor and were impressed by the quick response.

I found Frankie on Saturday June 4, he came to the house and checked out the job/problem. He picked up the part on Monday and came back to install it. He does GREAT WORK for the money, after fixing the problem he checked other things out and cleaned up. So when he left it looked like he was never there. I can't say enough about him or his company. I handed out the cards he gave me already, so Frankie if you read this, feel free to drop off more cards. It's never easy trying to find good honest workers, so when I did I need to tell everyone. If you need work done, hire them, they're honest, nice and reasonably priced. I will hire them for any repairs that need fixing.

Frankie came out on the same day that I found him (a Saturday). He saved me from a dangerous situation, the panel had started to smoke. A fire could have happened if he hadn't figured out what was happening. He's coming back on Monday with a new panel and I asked him to order a new part for my washer as well. While walking him to the door I asked him how to fix a small problem I was having with the handle on my freezer. He fixed that for me, one two three. I am so very pleased that I found him on home advisor. This was the first time I've ever used this site, I'm grateful that I found such a nice knowledgeable man to do the work for me. I will recommend Frankie to all my friends, family and will definitely use him again in the future.
