I am always appreciative of knowledge of the field and fast service. Frankie gave that when he walked through the door and from the consultation. He made me feel at home (in my home) and even gave me a discount for being a Veteran. I already passed his number to a friend needing help with his AC.

My refrigerator completely broke on me and I called Appliance Techs. I was expecting to maybe get an appointment for the next morning, but they were able to come out and inspect my fridge that day! Frankie came and inspected the problem. It turns out the compressor was shot and the cost to fix it would exceed the cost to get a new fridge entirely. I might still have a broken fridge and on the hunt for a new one, but Frankie's honesty and courtesy was amazing. He even recommended brands to replace it with to make sure my next fridge lasts longer! I'm very satisfied and I will absolutely use them again in the future!

Up front and honest! The work to have my front loader fixed would exceed what a new washer would cost me so they told me don't bother fixing the washer… Just go buy a new one. And give me recommendations of certain brands that were better than others

Frankie was very personable upon arrival. He was able to diagnose the problem with our dryer quickly. He was confident and has 15 years experience so I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis. He had parts and was able to fix the problem efficiently. Good job!

Courteous, punctual, and competent. The menu wouldn't allow me to list the many repairs and replacements that were made. A new garbage disposal, new faucet, new P-trap and new fridge compressor were installed, in addition to changing the heads of 2 bathroom sinks and installing toilet tank innards. I had a laundry list of plumbing tasks that Frankie completed with skill and alacrity. He's my new plumbing "go to" guy.
