Frankie is honest, exceptionally professional, skilled at replacing range hood. I was very impressed and will recommend him to everyone for any appliance issue. HomeAdvisor however, is at the bottom of my list. They advised me 9am appt but give contractor 2 hr. window. Need to work on communication.

My technician was Frankie. He called to confirm the appointment and advised he was in the area and he could stop by that day. Very professional, explained the problem and was in and out within 30 minutes. Excellent service!!

Frankie called one day prior to my appointment to say he was in the area and had some extra time. He came right away and serviced our oven. He was in and out in 15 minutes. Great Job!

I called Appliance Tech and Frankie answered my call immediately, I made appt couple days later and he was on time, very courteous, introduced himself very professional. He identified the problem immediately and waalah my oven is fixed with that said, I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Frankie to everyone.

Frankie was running late but that's ok, we're retired & no problem for us, also understandable cause you never know what complications you will have completing a job. That said, I had simple problem with dryer lint screen that refused to go all the way down in dryer slot. Frankie said a part got bent (which I had done because felt came off the screen & got stuck, so thinking part was bent pulling screen out) & that was just reinforcement piece which was not really necessary. He did not charge us & wish I could have given him something for his time but he was out the door by time I went back to door. He is very personable, friendly & HONEST, I will use this company again if ever need them & have recommended them already. Thanks

Great service, very responsive and easy to work with.

I had an issue with my dryer and called them in the morning. They came out the same day. The technician's name was Frankie. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely work with this company again, specifically him, for all my future appliance needs.
