They came out to fix my freezer, however they were honest and said it was not worth fixing. Only charged 50.00 for service call.

Refrigerator started acting up last night making a loud obnoxious noise. Went on homeadvisor and Appliance Techs, Inc popped up and had great reviews. Gave them a call and spoke with Thomas who was very polite and said he could get a tech out in the next few hours. The tech called about 2 hours prior to the schedule stating he was on his way - wow that was quick! Of course when he got there, the fridge was not making the noise (Murphy's law). Frankie, the tech, was very knowledgeable and polite. He checked a few things but wasn't 100% sure until the fridge finally started making the noise again. It was a defective evaporating fan motor. He had one in his van and changed it out right then. Knowledgeable, quick, A+ in my book!

Frankie was absolutely wonderful. Let me know that it would not be a good idea to fix my washer because the motor was shot. Also gave me great advice on buying another one. I have already recommended him to two other people. I will be calling him back for another appliance that needs repairing. He's the best!
