They had availability to send someone out the same day. Frankie was able to find the issue within minutes, and had the replacement parts on hand to fix the problem.

Contractor completed the repair and then I had some issues and needed him back and he donst answer his phone call or he puts on a person on the phone that says no speak English. Dont Hire him he does not back up his service! Thanks

Unfortunately, my interaction was diagnostic only and no resolve for the issue which was not within Frankie's control. He did, however, identify the issue but I now have to do further research with the manufacturer for the fix. I do feel that if I need further assistance I will be comfortable scheduling to have it down with Frankie. I would also like to mention that Frankie attempted to accommodate me with an earlier time at my request. Unfortunately, his actual schedule didn't allow for it and he rescheduled me for the following day. I did not receive arrival time notices but Frankie was very prompt in responding to my initiated texts on both days.

Frankie was very courteous and professional. He called me a day early and came by a few hours later. He checked my leaking washer and discovered another, unfixable problem in addition to the leak. He then recommended a replacement model and where to find one. Before I could leave the house, Frankie had text me the exact, refurbished model I was looking for he had found at a parts store, so I quickly bought it. It will be delivered next week and I trust Frankie to do the install. His honesty and knowledge of my current washer and its design flaws gave me confidence in his work. They contacted us immediately and set up a time for them to come to our home. They texted and called to let us know about their arrival times. Were pleasant and efficient when trying to troubleshoot the problem for our oven. Frankie guaranteed that the part would come in time for it to be repaired before Christmas. He replaced the part with expertise and left the work area clean. Would recommend them for future needs!

Came out quickly for emergency

Frankie's work was professional, but he or anyone would call me back (or answer a letter) about a refund for a part that didn't work. He said that the company would refund the money. He said we needed a new refrigerator at the end of the service call. No one responded. My credit card paid for it. It's a good thing I put it on my Discover card.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. In my case it was a dishwasher that needed wasn't drying properly. The quote to repair that I was given was higher than the cost of a new one. If I hadn't done extra research I would have never known. The technician actually told me the repair was worth doing because the cost of a new one was twice as expensive as it truly was. I then needed to cancel the repair with them . The refund was understood and the credit was received a week later. I would recommend them, however due diligence is suggested in researching a second opinion.

The Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable regarding the service I needed to have performed on my oven. Unexpectedly, he came to my apartment one day before my scheduled appointment to fix the problem with my oven. I really appreciated the promptness with the company as my oven was having issues right before Christmas in 2017, and he was more than willing to help rectify the problem also the price was reasonably too. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for professional quality service. Keep up the good work!

Frank was great. He called shortly after I scheduled appointment. He happened to be in the area and was able to come a day early. He obviously knew what he was doing, and within minutes confirmed what was wrong and fixed it it within a short time. He was cordial, respectful and I will call him the next time I have any appliance issue.

they mess the whole job up and scraped up everything.the stacking washer and dryer fell a part. I did not was to pay for this service, and now i think they will try to come after me.
