I would not recommend Appliance Techs to my worse enemy. Initially I spoke with Frankie and explain my problem with my GE fridge. After that every thing went downhill. He was not responsive to my text messages even though he says in his voice message to text him for faster response. Repeatedly I called and left voice messages for appointment confirmation but he did not return my called. I repeatedly texted him and again no response. Finally an hour before scheduled appt he texted me and cancelled the job. What kind of human being would do that to another when they are in need?

Paul and Frankie were on time and just great. They clearly explained the problem as well as the work that was needed to be done. They did not have the necessary part on their truck, but were able to find an associate who did. They were able to have my washer up and running beautifully within an hour of their arrival. We were quite satisfied with our overall experience and would recommend them.

The Tech showed up 2 hours before his scheduled appointment time without calling. He plugged the refrigerator in and stated that he would return in 2 hours to take a look at it and I didn't hear from him again until he called 7 hours later trying to analyze it over the phone.

The friendliest and most professional person i have meet and hired for a job. First rate on the quality of his work and speed to get things done. HE is always very prompt and if running late will call and let u know when he is coming.Pet friendly and all around good guy. Will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.

Although my dryer was working, it was making a terribly loud noise. I called Appliance Techs and they came the same day. The diagnosis was the pulley. Frankie was prompt, experienced, and had the skill to do the job. He was such a natural that I asked him did he take his toys apart and put them back together as a child. He said “yes” with a smile. I told him to thank his parents for allowing him to do that. My dryer now purrs. Thanks Frankie!

The repairman was out the same day and very knowledgeable. He cleaned up everything after he finished the repair, and the charge was very reasonable.

Very good services. Also provides honest answers to my questions. Will go back for other services in the future.
