The service person went out of his way to come to my home a day early, as he was already in my neighborhood. When he learned what was needed, he called the supplier, then called me with a quote for parts and labor (in his words, "the whole shebang").

Fridge and freezer went out, I called a couple of companies who gave me repair dates a week away. Checked Home Advisor (which I should have done in the first place, always had good results thru them), and called Appliance Techs. Frankie called me a few minutes later, came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, secured the part needed and was back out the next day to make repair. He is professional, knowledgeable, polite, etc...I would gladly recommend him to family and friends. He is a valuable representative for Appliance Techs, Inc.

Our fridge/freezer stopped working and Frankie was able to come out the same day I called. He was very courteous and professional and repaired the fridge quickly. However, after a few hours, the fridge was still not getting as cold as it should have, and when I called him, he came right back out that evening to my home and fixed the problem completely. Its working perfectly now. I would definitely use this company again.

Frankie was amazing. He truly knew his stuff and was polite and friendly, too. What was even better was that he was very thorough in cleaning up after himself. I would highly recommend him.

Fast service repairs was done in one service call excellent work

He showed up took $50, said that was the charge for coming out. He said he would come back to actually fix it and would apply the $50. I tried 4x to reach him, and each time he did not remember me, and said he would call back. It has been 3 weeks and nothing.

Frankie was thorough, diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired it and was out within an hour. I would definitely use them again.

Frankie the tech guy was great from start to finish ... only thing that stung was the price to install mother board on LG washer ... but with the appliance now working, all is forgiven
