After a long morning the day before calling around basically getting treated terrible by other companies. I found appliance techs through home advisor and within 10 mins Frank called me very nice guy I gave him the info he assured me it was no problem came by had everything fixed as promised thanks Frank I really appreciate your help and thank you appliance techs if I could give a higher rating I would!

A technician came out August 7th for my stove. He said a part needed to be ordered, today is August 14th. I've called and texted and still not gotten any response as to where the part is or if they've ordered it etc very frustrating.

The technician was great, but I needed to do 2 tasks ( fix washer and replace the know on the faucet that the washer is connected to). He fixed the washer and said he will be there next Saturday to change the knob.... on Saturday - no call, no technician. on Monday called the office, they said "let me look up your invoice, I'll call you back" - no call back. This business is black hole for any communication - they do NOT call back, even to schedule the technician took me 3 days and multiple calls ( they DO NOT return phone calls most of the time). If not for the communication issue, I would have given a WAY better rating as I liked the technician... but the fact that you most likely will give up before even meeting the technician (as I did with the know part) is the reason for poor rating. BTW it has been over a month and I have not heard back from them - I can live without a knob on a faucet for few more months.

The tech called to ask if it was okay to come early and our oven was fixed before 9am. Excellent service!!
