Frankie was an excellent technician. He diagnosed the problem, worked very neatly and efficiently, and by the end of the appointment, I had a beautifully functioning ice-maker.

I hired Appliance Techs to repair a dishwasher that would not complete a wash cycle and continued washing indefinitely. Also for a leaking refrigerator door and a clothes washer that leaked water. He said the dishwasher just needed to be run with a cup of vinegar and that would fix the wash cycle problem which I did without success. He said he could not find a leak from the clothes washer despite seeing the warp in the nearby hardwood floor indicative of a leak. He recommended I run the washer, observe and send him a video if I see leakage. When I ran the unit, water flooded the floor by the washer and onto the ceiling below and wood floor below. I sent him a video of water pooring from the ceiling but no response. He fixed the leak in the refrigerator door for 90 bucks by unclogging a drainage tube inside the unit with a water flush which took 2 minutes max. He was in and out of my house quick and anxious to get his money and run. DON'T GO THERE!

They came and did not find anything wrong so they charged me the service fee and said they would come back if problem happened again. That night it happened again. I have left 2 voice messages and 2 text messages and nobody has gotten back to me over the last 3 days.

Great service person, friendly, very knowledgable , diagnosed the problem quickly and did a great job. also cleaned up. I would hire this company again.

I’d recommend this company because of Frankie. I booked an appointment online and he called me because he was in the neighborhood and could come earlier. I had a family member come over and he said Frankie was polite and knowledgeable. My repair required a part and Frankie called when he obtained the part. Another family went to my house and the installation took longer than expected. My family member was impressed. He/the company could have charged more because it took longer than expected but they charged as they estimated.
