Appliance Techs sent a highly knowledgeable, efficient technician. He coordinated his arrival promptly with the homeownerâ s at the house and immediately set to work with a knowledgeable diagnosis of the problem. It was clear he enjoyed his work. He was excellent at explaining in clear lay terms what had caused the problem in the refrigerator and in detailing the steps he was taking to remedy the problem. Parts and labor costs were reasonable. We will look again to Appliance Techs for appliance repair.

Came out on time and same day. Fixed the issue right away and showed me what the issue was on my laundry unit.

Feb 14, 2019 Prompt service and got right on the project. Frankie was very, very nice. Apr 25, 2019 The tech (Frankie) installed a new ice maker about two months ago and now its not working properly. I called him to come out to repair it and told him specifically to come after 12 p.m. as no one would be home. He decided to come earlier at 11:30 and of course no one was home. He called and said he would be back later on to complete the repair. That was two days ago. After many left messages and many text messages we still have not heard from him. We spent $250.00 to get an ice maker that still is not up to working order.
