Feb 14, 2019 Prompt service and got right on the project. Frankie was very very nice. Apr 25, 2019 The tech (Frankie) installed a new ice maker about two months ago and now its not working properly. I called him to come out to repair it and told him specifically to come after 12 p.m. as no one would be home. He decided to come earlier at 11:30 and of course no one was home. He called and said he would be back later on to complete the repair. That was two days ago. After many left messages and many text messages we still have not heard from him. We spent $250.00 to get an ice maker that still is not up to working order.

I would not recommend this company based on the tech who came to my house. I had an 8:00 am appointment. He called me a little before 8 asking me about my dishwasher when my appointment was to fix my ice maker dispenser in my fridge. He also told me he needed to go tot the parts store that does not open until 8:30, so he will be at my home a little late and should be there between 9 and 9:30. He did not need to get parts for my fix, he was re-stocking his inventory and purchasing for other appointments he had later in the day and that he could not go to the store after my appointment because the parts store was on the way to my house. I texted him at 9:36 and he told me that he was just now leaving the parts store. He did not arrive until 10:45-10:50 am. He dumped my ice, told me it was not working because there was too much ice and the gears needed to defrost. He also told me that me and my boyfriend needed to consume more ice. After he showed me a few ice cubes came through, he charges me $50 for a service call but then went back and said it would be only $30 because he was late and that he just needed my appointment to cover his lunch. He was in my home for maybe 3 minutes. It has yet to be determined if my ice machine works....crossing my fingers.
