Prompt, courteous, professional, worked efficiently, explained everything clearly. Called me well in advance to tell me he would be delayed and called again to let me know he was on his way. Mickey approached the work like we would like all service providers to work.

My experience with Frankie left me dissatisfied and feeling defrauded. ;Follow your first mind This experience started with bad communication through home advisor. No return phone call after Frankie of Appliance Tech said he would call me back. Then I received a posted appointment to home advisor app, without my confirmation. Appointment was made for 2pm them changed to before 4pm. Tech Frankie arrived to inspect appliance for 30 seconds to determine that the refrigerator needed a broken part that he said would be covered under the Sears/Kenmore manufacturing warranty. and He would return to install after I receive part. But truth is, his diagnosis wasnt the problem and kenmore/sears doesnt replace warranty parts through outside contractor. I dealt with the appointment delay, but the rushed, fast and wrong repair explanation was unprofessional just to get a service fee$

Job well done. Frankie was able to quickly identify the leak from the washing machine, ordered the part and got it fixed a couple of days later. No leaks since then.

Frankie was very professional and knowledgeable. He called shortly after the appointment was set for Friday and we were able to move up the appointment by one day. It was storming this morning and he communicated that he was running a bit late due to the awful traffic the storm caused. He brought in a trainee and was very patient and professional while performing the tests on my washing machine to see why it wasn't working. It was determined that I needed a new timer and he called his office for the part. The office told us that they do not make this part anymore. He said if I could give him a day or two he would look to see if he could find it on-line. I agreed but before they could put the washer back together the office had text back that they found one and would have it shipped. I will get a call when it comes in. My service fee for today will be deducted from the total cost of the repair once that is complete.

They are incredibly responsive, both in terms of work requests and in answering my questions as they worked. Had a follow-up issue that was resolved simply and they were kind enough to not charge me for follow-up. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Although there was no repair done, Freddie recommended not fixing my washer due to the charge for the parts. I would recommend them simply due to the honesty and suggestions. He suggested things to look for when buying a new washer.
