Technician Frankie came out ($80) and said he needed to order a new drip pan for my refrigerator. At least ten phone calls and mobile texts and company will not return calls. Even said they do not service refrigerators.

He was also training a new technician, Lorenzo. Frankie was doing a great job with training, clearly explaining each repair step as they went along. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to have their appliances serviced.

Had to order a part ( thermostat) made temporary fix until part arrived. They got it and installed thermostat. We're very satisfied with service!! Thanks!!

Tech called to say he was on the way. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem almost immediately and gave me two options (repair part or replace it). He explained the difference. I chose to have him repair and he finished in a very short time. I was very happy with his expertise and great customer service skills.
