They had to give me bad news about my LG fridge. I asked Frankie if they repair dryers and he said yes. I was all set to make another appt with them, but instead they were able to fix it ASAP. I really appreciate their customer service! Next time I need an appliance repaired, they will be my first call.

They were quick and solved our oven problem immediately. Our oven a less common brand the techs had dealt with the type in the past and if offered no problem. The issue was immediately resolved and I would work with them again.

Quick and efficient techs. Diagnosed and repaired refrigerator in just a few minutes. had to deduct for timeliness though. Were late and didn't let me know when they would arrive until after I called to see if they were still coming.

Problem with refrigerator turned out to require more than one visit and more than one part. Frankie & Lorenzo figured it out. They explained what they were doing and even installed a new electric outlet. Friendly & polite. Frig works fine now.

I like the ease of contact, explanation of how the process would work. Company truck clearly labeled, name of tech who would do work. My tech Chris was quick, professional, familiar with Kenmore Washer Machine. He was in and out in no time, replace part needed. I took star off because he did not have invoice. I had to call next day to get it.

Was able to come same day, & let me know exactly when he was arriving. Fixed my dryer in less than 10 minutes! Very knowledgeable & fairly priced. Would definitely hire again.
