I like the fact that they were punctual. They were sensitive to someone who has lot of stuff, and someone who has a problem getting rid of things. They also help in making sure that things actually get out of the house. They were on time, and very organized. They were very helpful. I can have one-on-one and for a different situation, I can have more than one organizer working at a time.

Fantastic! I started making inquiries in 2007 and then ran into some fiscal challenges so I kept on asking her to call me back in a few months. Her patience eventually paid off because I did use her and have recommended her to others. Amy came over to evaluate the situation (the charge for that was credited to my first visit) and I really liked how professional she was: right on time, had me sign an agreement, is certified & involved with her professional organization, etc. She gave me options for how we could work (one intense day or a series of 2 hour work sessions). I chose the 2 hour sessions. We both worked hard, and we got it done in the number of sessions she had estimated in the first meeting. It was not as stressful or emotional as you see on TV - no tears were shed (perhaps because we broke up the work into 2 hour segments so I was not overwhelmed). I can honestly say that working with Amy has changed my life. I'd been carting around stuff since high school & college, through the start and end of a 10-year marriage, death of a beloved pet and various other life events. Some stuff I was really on the fence about keeping versus throwing away / donating and having her work through it with me really helped. Now the room is organized and I got rid of a ton of stuff I did not need. I feel so much more free and I can now open EVERY door in my condo when I have friends over without fear of what was other side.
