This company is kind of scam. They are pretty much storm chasers. Wife and husband are in together to do crap work. Melina Ramirez is a public adjuster who is married to the contractor Fransico Ramirez. They pretty much double dip. Isnt that a conflict of interest? Melina Ramirez represented me as my so called public adjuster. Fransico Ramirez did the work. Fransico is very underskilled and does hack work. I wouldnt recommend these rip offs.

fantastic!! I was really impressed with all the work this crew did in a single day in removing old roofing, repairing and installing new roof with additional vents and even adding 2 skylight windows. By the time they left, they had also completely cleaned up the tons of debris. (The day before, they had even approached my neighbor to let him know about the work and smooth relations, which I appreciated.)
They took pictures of the roof before & after as well so I would know what was going on.
There was a small problem with the new sky-windows (which actually entailed a lot of extra work, including dry-wall, plastering and primer paint), but they came right out and fixed the problem.
I would highly recommend this firm.
