David arrived within the noon to 5pm time frame and gave a call 15 minutes before arriving. David was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions about the AC unit. He found the issue quickly and made sure that everything was in working order afterwards.
I would call All Temp again if I had another AC/Furnace issue and I would recommend their services to neighbors for sure!

There are a few items I think they need to work on; thus an overall B
rating.
This was a fairly major project involving the replacement of 2 furnaces and 2 A/C's with their top of the line Bryant Evolution systems. Furthermore, they re-did almost all the duct work on the 2nd floor to create 4 zones. I worked with John on getting the project spec'd out and quoted. Pricing was good; not the cheapest. But frankly, I'll pay a little more for a firm that's worked to earn such high rankings on Angie's List.
Having said that, the bar was set very high. So I'll skip to the things that kept this from being a "A"
rating:
Proactive communication during the job: I will say that John was EXTREMELY responsive when I reached out to him. But I expected more proactive communications going the other direction. The job took a week and cost 40k in total. For that, I expect a short update daily on what got done; what didn't get done; what, if any, issues where discovered; and most
importantly WILL I HAVE A WORKING HVAC TONIGHT.
Follow up service: Not surprisingly, there were some follow up issues with my 2nd floor zoned unit. I actually found and read the technical documents from Bryant regarding the zone logic before calling AllTemp back. One thing I realized is that the logic that the Evolution uses in zoned situations with variable speed heating/cooling units is extremely complicated. So when
I called and said we need some follow up service, I was very precise regarding the issues I was noticing--I even included screen shots of the thermostat along with detailed explanations.
All temp sent a service tech a week later. Unfortunately, it was clear he had not been provided any of my documentation. But what was more disappointing was the fact that he was clearly not an expert in the logical components (as opposed to the mechanical components) of the Evolution system I bought... To his credit, he fully admitted this. While he was able to rule out mechanical issues, he told me he would have to have a different person follow up as it related to the analysis the application of the program logic and tweaking where possible.
Which leads me to my final complaint--this never happened. I never received follow up from All Temp. For spending this kind of money, that was disappointing. I'm sure I could have called John and raised a fuss but I resolved to stop spending energy on it. A) Because I shouldn't have to, and B) Because the system is behaving well enough and represents a huge improvement over what was there before.
I'll conclude by saying despite all that, I would use them again. But they fell short of "A" even though they are clearly capable of it.
