THERE ARE FEW COMPANIES THAT DO THIS KIND OF MASONRY WORK(FLAGSTONE), WHICH REQUIRES SKILL AND IS TIME CONSUMING. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND FLEXIBLE. THEIR WORK HAS ALREADY BEEN ADMIRED BY SEVERAL NEIGHBORS.

WHEN WE FIRST SPOKE, HE SAID HE DID THE TYPE OF WORK WE NEEDED DONE. WHEN HE CAME OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE, HE SAID HE DID NOT DO THE WORK. HE MADE COMMENTS ABOUT THE HOUSE THAT WE WERE ABOUT TO PURCHASE. HE SAID THINGS LIKE "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU ARE GOING TO BUY THIS HOUSE." I WAS NOT HIRING HIM TO TELL ME THESE THINGS. I WANTED REPAIR WORK DONE.

THEY WERE TO COME OUT AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR CHIMNEY TUCK POINTING. AFTER TWO WEEKS I STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE FROM THIS COMPANY. I CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY GAVE ME A CELL PHONE NUMBER TO GET A HOLD OF THE WORKER DIRECTLY. HE TOLD ME HE WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND HE WOULD STOP BY AND DO THE ESTIMATE. THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO, STILL NO ESTIMATE.
