Dishwasher wasn't working. It wasn't an immediate crisis, but they were still able to come out right away. Turns out that a previous plumber, when replacing a garbage disposal, had neglected to turn the water back on. So the very nice repairman did that and I was all set. It was a bit expensive just to turn the water on, but I've got limited mobility and can't get down on hands and knees (well, I can, but I'm not able to get back up again!) and it was worth it to me to have it done. Friendly, helpful, competent.

great. told me my dryer had another ten years in it and needed only a bolt replaced. It was all good news and took about 2 hours to take a part the dryer and replace, with excellent clean up. He had the part on his truck. Couldn't have asked for better service. fixed within 8 hours of posting. Completed work on overtime ( after 5 )

Stove burner repair was so easy they did not charge me; the washing machine needed a door lock replaced which was completed in 10 or 15 mins. The servicemen called and came earlier than first scheduled; both wore appropriate masks.

Excellent! They took care of the problem and even warned me about turning the fuse off which I didn't even realize. They took about 45 minutes, cleaned up and put everything back in order. I used them in the past a few years back for my refrigerator, and they did an excellent job, and even explained what caused the problem.

Ivan Velez was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He discovered that our dishwasher electric panel needed to be replaced and provided us with necessary information and options. We definitely recommend him and feel comfortable calling him for any of our future appliance needs!

The technician was amazingly fast. He found both problems (one was a sock went down the lint trap!) and was able to fix the dryer within an hour. He was polite and left my kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived. I would definitely recommend AA Best Appliance and will call them again when needed.

Ivan was paid over an above the market price to replace a pump. He came highly recommended on Angie’s list. He supposedly replaced the pump, and left the machine covered in rust. When called back he agreed to return the same day but flipped when he saw the machine, refusing to remove the rust, he was screaming, cursing and storming out of my house. He acted very threatening, it was unsettling that a first time technician should act unprovoked in such a manner. I was literally requesting him to take the rust of the machine. I later learned from other reviews on feedback about his business, other clients having very unpleasant experiences with him and feeling very threatened by his way of conduct. What is worse is he kept texting me well after he left my house in the most derogatory way. Ivan does not appear professionally balanced to run a business.

Alex was very professional and efficient. He quickly melted the ice obstructing the problem. Diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts. The fridge was back to working optimally the same day (repairs completed in a timely manner).

Scheduling was easy. Evaluation and estimate on first visit. 2nd visit provided a surprise but they went and got a different part in order to complete. Excellent service and would absolutely use again.

Excellent. AA Best Appliance Repair is the provider I call over and over again for appliance repair. They are great communicators, come on time, review the situation, spell out the options and do a great job. This repair was on a Sears Kenmore Gas Dryer, where the drum had stopped turning. A new belt was needed and I asked to have the unit completely cleaned at the time and Ivan did a great job, pulling out some lodged lint in the trap, while cleaning. A great job.
