Description of Work: I needed a new flow valve in my toilet. Patrick gave me a quote of $110 over the phone. When I called him back to schedule the work, he arrived in about an hour, which was great because I had company coming that evening. As for the price, my other quote was really inflated, so that made Patrick's price seem really reasonable. He completed the work in 20 minutes and the toilet has been working well ever since.

Description of Work: I had busted pipe that connects to my outside water faucet, that was located behind my basement wall. They repaired the busted pipe and also installed a cut off valve. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.

Description of Work: This was supposed to be a clean-out of kitchen sink drain for $50.00. He did a little something with the garbage disposal running and the sink did not drain any faster. So he called someone (boss?) on the phone, hung up and used a can of pressurized air and that was it. The sink drained a little faster than before he came, but I had to pay an additional $75.00 --- for a blast of air???

Description of Work: The service I received was great. The plumber examined the problem and found that limited work was needed to rectify the problem. I appreciate his honesty by not taking advantage of escalating the price and time spent pretending to perform a job that didn't require that much work.
