I wasn't sure of the exact time of the funeral service so they contacted the funeral home and confirmed the time of the funeral and they made sure that the arrangement arrived in time for the pre-service. It was my ex-father-in-law that passed away and they did a very nice job on it. I was really pleased. I could pick whatever price range I wanted. They were very sympathetic and helpful. I would absolutely use them again.

I felt like I had to keep reminding them of the order. Both the delivery services were "on the way" but for some reason there was no tracking available. I am certain the local florist lost or forgot the order and threw something together at the last minute with whatever was laying around on a Saturday afternoon.

I ordered flowers from the 1-800-Flowers' website for a confirmed delivery on Valentine's Day. The flowers showed up two days late and were dead on arrival. I received an email from the company stating that the flowers were delivered on Valentine's Day. I tried to call customer service, but due to the high call volume, could not get through. I sent two emails to customer service explaining the situation in detail. I got no response. Then I received my credit card bill, and they charged me. I called and was on the phone for more than 30 minutes. They offered to re-deliver the flowers. I declined. Who wants to pay $75.00 to have Valentine's Day flowers delivered in March! I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and product.
