Everything went fine. The serviceman was on time and very knowledgeable. Reasonable cost.

Found the problem quickly but didn't have the part with to repair it. Took about 20-30 minutes to go get part. Everything else was fine.

The serviceman was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them and use them again.

Went well and quick.

They offered us an appointment the following week (the CO was not a problem as long as the oven was turned off). Cliff arrived a few minutes early, quickly found the simple problem and fixed it. His charges were reasonable. I would use Ted's again for appliance repair.

The tech arrived on time and was very nice. He saved my some money by fixing the broken door latch instead of having to buy a new door since Samsung does not sell the individual parts. The tech punched a hole in the plastic and re-attached the spring. He did this in a few minutes.

I tried calling a couple other top rated places on here, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Teds answered right away, and scheduled an appointment. Was very professional, did a great job. Cost was cheap too. Would definitely use again.

They did a really good job.

Overall it was a positive experience and we would use him again.

I believe PG needed to come back the next morning, as he didn't have a correct motor with him. But the job was then very satisfactorily completed in half an hour. Machine has been running great since :)

Provided a service call for a refrigerator that we not working. Freezer was still working. I called on Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday morning. He called exactly at 7:30 am to let me know the time he would be out. Showed up exactly at the time that he said he would be there. I had a frozen pipe so he thawed the pipe and checked for holes. When non were found, he said that if it happened again, he would return at no additional charge. Didn't try to replace parts that were not broken and the refigerator has been working fine ever since. This is a 15 year old refrigerator so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. They were well work the speedy house call. Thanks!

This was an unusual situation and they handled it great. I was out of town and needed work done on a rental property in Rockford. They scheduled it quickly, did the repair, and all for a very reasonable price. I will certainly use them in the future.

, My 16 yr old gas range had/has multiple problems, which, when added together, made me seriously wonder if I should invest any
money in its repair. But with holiday expenses AND entertaining needs to consider, and Thanksgiving fast approaching, I decided to
call my go-to appliance professionals for their expert advice. Shaun arrived on time and immediately went to work, diagnosing my
stove's many mechanical challenges - like broken spark ignitors on the burners (I have been lighting ea with a matchlight for
quite some time already!) And the faulty switch to the oven light, and , of course the failed oven ignitor. It all added up.
He was of the opinion that while the stove was still useable for the foreseeable future, we should start looking for its replacement
within the year or so. I appreciated his honesty which pretty much reinforced what I had already suspected.
As it happens, Shaun had had a rash of oven calls that morning and had installed the last oven ignitor he had on the truck, just
before coming to my home! He assured me that he could get another and return another day to install it at NO ADDTL
SERVICE CHARGE - just cost of part and labor! Then he asked if I ever used my broiler (I do not/have not - too much mess - I broil
and grill outdoors). He asked if I use the self cleaning mode. I do NOT. I am put off by cranking the heat in the oven up to
1000 degrees! So I take precautions to keep my oven pretty clean and free of spills.
With these answers, Shaun suggested that he could either return with a new oven ignitor, or he could simply remove the
ignitor from my broiler (never used) and install it for my oven - it is the SAME PART! It would also take away the option of
using the self clean mode. It was a no brainer! Down and out range - no point throwing good money after bad! And yet, his
suggestion suited me and my immediate needs JUST PERFECTLY! The $72 included $55 Service call and some labor.
I was delighted! And Shaun told me if I change my mind (I won't) and want him to install a new oven ignitor and/or any
of the other parts, I had SIXTY DAYS and there would be no return service charge! Amazing!
FYI - I am told that Ted's Appliance reserves Thanksgiving eve and Christmas eve days just for refrig and stove emergency
repairs! WOW! Now THAT is true customer service! TED'S IS GREAT! Thanks Shaun!

I've have used Ted's Appliance Svc Inc. way before Angie List started over 5 years plus.
For 2 washers and old freezer.
They ONLY CHARGE $55 NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE! I've ALWAYS HAD SERVICE WITH IN A DAY OR SO.
They get the parts right away, if it's back order, they keep in touch with you. Never charge you extra for returning back like others do for mileage.
They call the day before and the Service men call ahead before your appointment too of that day.
I can't say enough about the Ted's. Very trustworthy.
We're very lucky to have a great company like them theses days.
