Fetch! Pet Care

I wish the same person could have come each day, so my cats wouldn't have been as frightened of them. In addition to feeding them and cleaning the litter boxes, they are supposed to interact with the pets, but one of my cats often hides. I like how they send emails describing each visit and include photos of my cats. It gives me piece of mind that they actually came. I have used this service several different times. I appreciate that they had me fill out a questionnaire about my cats and who to contact if something should happen to either them or to me while the cats are under their care. They also are bonded, so I don't have to worry the way I would about hiring a stranger who might neglect my cats or try to rob me.

I was very happy with the service.  I have an older cat with special needs.  The Fetch sitter was able to administer his medication and monitor his progress.  My other cat developed an illness (a cold) while I was away.  The sitter kept me updated on his progress, made an extra visit, and advised me on a course of action based on her expertise and experience.  My little guy started feeling better after a couple of days.  I returned to happy, healthy kitties.  Their food and litter areas were neat and tidy.   I would recommend Fetch highly.

They are really good. I have a week in advance and they'll just schedule someone for whatever time I need them. They come twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. They set it up and give me a report card on how they did and picture the dog, and everything. We have been a client of theirs for 6 years. We never had any problems with them. We recommended them to friends. We trust them. We've been clients for long that we're friends with the owner. It's about $12 per visit and we use them twice a day for 3 days.

They are easy to work with. They are really good with late notice and they have a quick turnaround. They have an easy billing process and great communication.

Yes, it is expensive. Yes, I pay more for dog walking than some colleagues pay for child care. STILL Fetch is terrific. Had some early stumbles with timing, but overall they have made my life easier and my pooch happier. These folks love animals and are very trustworthy. They are tremendously accomodating and very responsive to customer demands. They are hands down the best service provider we have encountered in the area and will be customers for many years to come.

So basically, she has on staff someone who is unprofessional and maybe mentally unstable. And Lauren herself gets an F from me for dishonesty. She should have come right out and told me the truth. I believe instead she showed poor character and lack professionalism. I would not recommend anyone access to my house who lies or hires people who may have mental health issues.

This was a great service! They came at the time requested and sent us a text photo and update on how the visit went. It was nice to know that they had come and taken care of our little guy. Our dog is on a strict schedule, so it's important that the person comes when requested. They are always on time and take our directions very seriously on care. We always get a text with a photo and update on the visit. It's a great service.

We have used this service several times and they are always curteous and accommodating. Our dog was very comfortable with the staff. It is competitive with the price of a kennel, but they will walk and visit your dog at your house. Wonderful service!

Lauren (the main contact and head pet care provider) and her staff have been an excellent, attentive, consummately professional service provider over the last three years that I've gotten services from Fetch. I can't recommend them highly enough. All the dog walkers get excellent training, are very receptive to corrections and changes in plan/care, are friendly, and are professional. I get an emailed update and a note every day on what my dog did with them that day, and my dog gets to have a fun interaction that is focused on just her. I know she looks forward to her time with the walkers because the days that I am home to see them come in, she's very excited to greet them and happy/tired when she gets back. Any time that I need to get in touch with Lauren, I'm able to do so within minutes. Lauren and all her pet care staff care deeply for the animals under their watch, and I trust them with my house and pet. I will add that one time, a house sitter did some damage while we were away, and Lauren was very apologetic and took care of all of the cleanup and replacement of lamps immediately with no hassle. She also reprimanded the sitter appropriately. My experiences with Fetch have been nothing short of excellent.

This is the second time I've used Fetch! to take care of my cats. They do a great job, and take excellent care of the kitties in my home. I can't say enough positive about the service they provide. It's infinitely better than boarding, because the cats get to stay home in the environment they are used to, and still get all the proper care that they need -- especially when that care is too complicated to get a friend to do. It's also nice to have people we trust coming in, taking in the mail, and checking on things while we are away. And, when they visit, they'll e-mail or text photos of your pet kids to you, which is wonderful to receive when you are missing them so much!
The only tiny complaint I have (and I admit it is pretty picky) is that it seems some of the evening and morning visits were pretty far apart, more than 12 hours on a couple of occasions. Since my diabetic cat gets his insulin in the evening, he needs to get his morning meal promptly at most 12 hours later, or his sugar gets low. It is probably my fault for not articulating this point clearly.
Other than that, everything was great! Fetch! provides a valuable service, and though it is a bit costly, it is really worth it!

How did it go? Pretty awful. Unfortunately, we didn't know this until we were on our way home.

During the drive home (we split the 16-hour drive into 2 days), our neighbor (who has a key to our house) called us to report that she'd gone into the house and found that the cats had no water. (We have one large watering station and multiple small bowls.)

We immediately (while still driving) started trying to call Fetch! but had to go several hours without any contact with anyone of any consequence at Fetch! We were told that our cats had received all visits and were in good health.

When we got home, we found the stack of reports from Fetch! representatives in the kitchen. The most recent one was dated and timed *after* we began our frantic phone calls. Also, one report made note of how and quot;friendlyand quot; our anti-social cat (she spends a lot of time on top of our kitchen cabinets) was, and when we climbed up to look at her space, it was clear she had vomited into her food bowl (she will not eat out of a dish in which she's vomited, which explained to us why this anti-social cat had vocally complained to a stranger).

Further, this is the cat who needed the dietary supplement mixed into wet food (we left signs on all cabinets and what-not to let Fetch! know where the supplies were located). What we found on top of the kitchen cabinets was a saucer with a blob of wet cat food...and an entire medication capsule.

Because, God knows, a cat will just suck up and swallow a capsule on its own.

Ultimately, we were not billed for the period for which we'd contracted for animal care.

Rather than make mention of a neighbor who reported seeing traffic at my house in the middle of the night, I'd rather just say how grateful I am that I came home to find all my cats alive.

This service is wonderful! The folks at CU Fetch were very professional in all ways. They took care of my two cats, one of which is elderly and in need of a lot of extra care. It was great to get the e-mail updates with photos and even videos. It was also nice to have people take care of little details like bringing in mail, etc. It gave us a lot of peace of mind while travelling over the holidays. One thing I didn't know in advance was that there was a surcharge for holidays. It wasn't much at all, and it's no big deal, but it would have been nice to be told about it in advance. Otherwise, all else was great, and I will be a repeat customer!

We enjoyed meeting Emily and were impressed with Fetch!'s professionalism and attention to detail. As it turns out, my grandmother has rallied, and we won't be leaving town tomorrow after all. However, we feel much better about the possibility of leaving our animals in someone else's hands when we do have to make that trip thanks to Fetch!

I have been using Fetch! for a couple of years now. The company is phenomenal. I can always count on them to meet my pet sitting needs...whether in advance or on short notice. At my old home, I recall meeting Lauren and always feeling great about her making sure my kitties were well looked after while we were gone. We lived in a bit of a rougher neighborhood and she was always conscientious about safety for our home. After we moved she came over to get accquainted with the house and the new places for cat litter boxes/food and our dog. We also recently got a new system for security and once again there was a free visit to orient herself and other service workers to the system and the premises. Any time we are away, we know our animals are cared for. We also get emails and sometimes even cute videos to check in on our animals when gone. The house is always left perfectly, the mail brought in, the pets/areas cared for and clean...most importantly the crew is happy and full of purrs. I would never consider another service aside from Fetch!

It is so comforting to know that when we can't be there during the day to take care of our dogs, Gracie and Max, that we can call on Fetch to come to the rescue. Lauren and Debi have been lifesavers! Thanks to CU Fetch!
