Services include basement & crawlspace waterproofing & encapsulation, complete foundation repair - piering, wall anchoring, & crack repair, as well as concrete leveling / mudjacking, dehumidifiers, sump pumps, & yard drainage. We service Illinois, Missouri, Southeast Iowa, and Western Kentucky. Foreman Dave and his 2 crew members arrived shortly before the scheduled time, took precautions to protect the carpeting and installed 2 steel piers under my front porch which had been sinking. They had to jackhammer a small section of the floor out under the 2 front corners, then drove in the 2 piers and jacked up a steel plate under the footing. The hole was backfilled with dirt, leveled and then re-concreted. The crew removed all remaining debris. They cleaned up the work area to my satisfaction and left at the time they said the job would be complete.

I INTERVIEWED AND RECEIVED QUOTES FROM 5 COMPANIES, BEFORE I CHOSE HELITECH. BY FAR, THEY WERE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH FOUNDATION COMPANY. THEY SENT TWO ENGINEERS OUT TO ASSESS THE FOUNDATION PROBLEM. ONE OF THE ENGINEERS RETURNED A WEEK LATER TO PROVIDE ME WITH THEIR SUGGESTED SOLUTION AND AN ESTIMATE. DAVE STRICKLAND, THE PROJECT SPECIALIST WAS VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING THEIR PRODUCT AND PROCESS, AND PATIENT IN ANSWERING ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THE OFFICE CALLED SEVERAL WEEKS OUT TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. THE CREW ARRIVED ON-TIME, COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE DAY AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HELITECH.

THEY CAME OUT AND DID A GREAT JOB ON A WATERPROOFING JOB THEY DID FOR US! GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH, VERY THOROUGH WITH THE ENTIRE JOB. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IN THE FUTURE.

CHRIS WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AND WHY IT WAS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PRODUCTS OUT ON THE MARKET. I DONT THINK HE RESEARCHED THE STONE FOUNDATION THAT OUR HOUSE SITS ON ENOUGH, BECAUSE THE WATER PROBLEM WAS NOT CAUSED BY HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE BUT IN A BROKEN UNDERGROUND DOWN SPOUT PIPE THAT WOULD OF COST US A LOT LESS TO REPAIR.

I CALLED AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK WITHIN 48 HOURS. THE 2 DAYS WENT BY AND THEY NEVER CALLED. I CALLED BACK 4 DAYS LATER WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK.
