Andy and Dean arrived punctually and set about work immediately.
Within a few hours, the slabs had been raised to their original positions to promote water flow away from the home's foundation.
Upon completion, they stowed away all tools and hoses, removed some excess polyurethane, pressure washed my patio and then filled the holes they had drilled for the process with concrete.  Because the holes are so small for this poly process, the repairs of the holes are almost invisible and certainly not visible unless you know where to look and also look very closely.
Both technicians were quite skilled and personable.  They did not seem to mind my watching them and answering all my questions.  The process is minimally invasive and left my yard looking the same as when they had arrived.
They also took time to recommend some further work that would be done by me to seal the perimeter and the joint between the two slabs.  They were most helpful in telling me precisely what I would need and where I could purchase the necessary items.
I can wholly recommend these two technicians from Helitech and I will be calling them again to help level our sidewalk.

I was scheduled with them several times to do waterproofing around the outside of my home.  One time they had to cancel due to the weather being bad, but 2 times they cancelled due to having to complete larger jobs.  I wound up using a different company who could better accommodate me.

I hired Helitech due to a water leak in the foundation and when they inspected the job they showed me where my previous repairs to my foundation was a problem and that there was another leak from a crack that had been fixed twice before.  Helitech repaired all the previous work and repaired the other crack in the foundation.  They explained to me the things that compromise a basement foundation and how they should be handled to guarantee a lifetime their repair.  After Walter the engineer worked on taking out the old epoxy from a previous job he found where the work was done so poorly and the foundation was stuffed with screen and the work would never stop water from coming into the basement.  I was so glad he found the problem and fixed it so professionally.  I will always call on Helitech for my foundation issues and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

The job took about 45 minutes. They were able to find the spot because it was very noticeable. They are quick and easy to deal with. I didn't think they were very expensive. Both my husband and I thought it would cost a lot more money than it did. I haven't had any issues since the repair.

It came up level and fixed the problem without us having to tear up the driveway and porch, we haven't had a problem since.

I contacted Helitech (as a recommendation from High and Dry) and asked that they come out to inspect our basement, as we were having minor water leaks during bad storms. The Helitech guy was on-site right on time, and I walked him through the basement. He noted that there was before Helitech could do any basement repair, other options should be considered first, including draining water away from the house and tuck-pointing both inside and outside. He gave recommendations on who to use for tuck-pointing service. And offered suggestions on how to get the water away from the house foundation.
I was impressed that he didn't try to sell me on an overly-expensive solution, knowing that the solution wasn't the best for the issue I had. He was up-front and honest as to what Helitech specialized in, and that other work to the basement would be needed first before anything Helitech would do would work. I appreciated both his honesty and also the ideas / recommendations he offered.

The job took longer than expected because our cement floor was thicker than expected. The cement dust was very thick and the basement was coated with it after the job was completed. But once the mess was cleaned up, the system has worked well and we haven't had any more flooding in the basement.

Representative arrived and, after reviewing the situation, said 12 piers would be needed. We indicated that we might call other companies for estimates and asked that a printed estimate be sent. NEVER heard back - by phone, email, or mail. In fact, we called in a structural engineer who said only 3 piers were needed. A huge difference! Left a bad taste...

They did an excellent job and they cleaned up very well. They were also very punctual, friendly and knowledgeable.

I was really impressed with John, the sales person that initially came out. He answered all my questions and invited me to call back anytime if I had any more questions. I did. He was professional, timely and very helpful. He promised they would be able to get my job done before the end of November which was a huge selling point for me. I had been trying to get this problem remedied for several months, going from an excavator to a general contractor to a bricklayer before deciding to check with basement repair people. It would have saved me time and a lot of headaches if I had started there first. we live down the side of a hill, the driveway is rock and goes to the side of the house. We have a block foundation. the water has been running straight down the driveway, against the side of the house and causing pressure on the block wall. I believe they have remedied the problem. the workers initially thought the job would take two days but they came the first day with an extra guy, hoping to finish it in one. They worked until a little after 5:30 and got it all done! the crew chief, as well as the workers, were on time, friendly, courteous and professional. I was impressed with the whole job. they cleaned up after all of it as well. They cover things that are within 6' of where they work so I was responsible to cover the rest of it - well worth it to do it as there was lots of dust. I would hire them again, but sure hope I don' t have to. I think this will take care of it. They assured me if I had problems to give them a call.

A week or so later he called us back to schedule a time to come out and present his quote. When we could not find a convienent time to meet. my husband asked him to send the quote to us via email and we would have a conference call to discuss. We never heard from him again. Being suspicious of what he had said were the problems, we hired an engineer to review our situation. The engineer said that none of what Keven was talking about was needed, we were floored. Very disappointed in not being able to trust the word of a major player in the field of foundation repair. He saw dollar signs instead of working to help us.

The technician arrived on time, did the job, answered many questions, cleaned up and was gone in a timely fashion. He did a good job and appeared to be very knowledgeable about the project.
