"We do apologize for the length of time it took in this situation, unfortunately it appears that the original diagnosis of the problem in September of 2015 led us to believe that there was some potential new work that was needed. After recognizing the confusion our customer service manager visited the home and put together a repair plan at no cost to the home owner and the repair was completed shortly there after. Again, we do apologize for the delay but we are confident that the repair that was made is correct and will stand the test of time. respectfully."
"Hello, as the customer service manager I don't see any information in our system where the homeowner contacted my self so I could look into this issue, I will reach out to Mr. [Member Name Removed] to see if I can set up an appointment to look at this issue. Respectfully"
